Everything and everyone exceeded expectations. I would stay here again soon and recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience and location. I didn't not like anything.

An amazing boutique hotel that has mini resort vibes. The King room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Staff warm and super friendly. I booked a Queen room and they upgraded me to a King! The continental breakfast was yummy. I will definitely be back!

The only place we will be staying in Key West from now on. Charming and has everything you could need.

The property was well maintained and the pool/bar was a plus. I also enjoyed the access the multiple breakfast options. The beds and pillows were slightly uncomfortable after being in them for a few days. Generally, they kept the property clean but iguana poop was on the deck area behind the pool and wasn’t often cleaned up.

The property is beautiful and quiet yet within an easy walk to the hustle and bustle of town. My room was very spacious and had a private deck for outdoor sitting in the evening. The happy hour at the pool is a must! IT's a great way to meet the other guests and enjoy generous cocktails.

We really enjoyed our stay! The houses are so cute with a fabulous outdoor areas. Pool, hot tub, bar and lots of areas for lounging! Breakfast was wonderful with hot dishes everyday. Endless supply of water to drink and refill a bottle as well as fruit infused water and iced tea. Happy hour was great an hour of free drinks and a chance to mingle with other guests if you'd like. Staff were so helpful planning an excursion for us and holding our luggage after check out until our excursion was done. Great bed and breakfast for the price.(we did book through a third party)

The pool area and location. The staff are very friendly also. Room 9 is not good value for the price. Noisy air conditioning which doesn’t really work. Awkward toilet placement under the eaves. Low water pressure from the shower.
