Clean Room, Very Friendly staff, Bar and breakfast, 5 star

Right on Duval St. Rooms were nicely appointed, clean, modern. Beds were comfy. Staff was great all around. Bar tender made great drinks. Front desk staff was always working to please.

Excellent, free breakfast great atmosphere friendly staff, smaller motel not so busy. I like it be back.

The wife and I stayed here and absolutely loved the fantastic way that the staff was attentive to the guests needs. The morning breakfast were healthy and part of your stay. Very relaxing place!

this was a great vacation. very clean property, and housekeeping is very good and respectful of your things. staff was very welcoming and kind and helpful with everything you need. i didn’t personally try the bar but everyone that was there seemed to be enjoying themselves and the energy was very positive my whole stay. the pool is very relaxing and the hot tub was relaxing too. i would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and it’s in a very convenient location too, walkable from lots of stores and shops. thank you for a wonderful stay, hopefully one day i’ll be back!

I must confess, I was skeptical about the Adults Only concept, but I’ve learned that it’s the way to go for a truly relaxing couples getaway. Highly recommend it, and we’re already planning our return, this time for a longer stay… and once again, without kids ;)

Nice location and facility by kind staffs.

This was our first time here. My husband is working out of Key West and wanted a place close to Duvall Street with a pool and bar. Overall, our experience was great. The bartender in the bar area was amazing and rooms were very clean. The front desk was very accommodating for my husband when he arrived after work.. overall one of the best hotel experiences we have had in a while and you plan on venturing back that way soon.

The staff was Amazing! Everyone was so helpful & made you feel like you were home. Breakfast was great & food was very well set out. Happy hour every night. Rooms& the grounds were very well maintained. Would definitely recommend staying here
