The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the hotel was very clean. We felt it is located well for us to get around to things we wanted to go to. Really the only minor complaint would be that the pool water was actually too warm. Not a deal breaker by any means. All in all we had a great experience and will gladly go back.

The fact they have an EV charger in their garage was a HUGE PLUS! The property is really nice and the staff was awesome!

I enjoyed the location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The pool was a little too warm for my taste.
-
Disappointed in room, we've stayed here many, many times and this was disappointing. Also, the amount of people that use the amenities that are not staying at resort OR paying resort fees.

Great location and hotel

The staff is terrific. Give them a raise! Excellent location right by the docks. It is a short walk to the ferry from Fort Myers. The room was fine and there were no real problems except ants scurrying around by the toilet. The pool was right out our window so we had to listen to cheezy soft rock. No biggie. Going to the pool from the lobby there was a dirty, gummy door. Spray some Mr Clean on that and wipe it down good. My advice is do NOT go to Key West in August. Although there were hotter parts of Florida, the heat and humidity were quite uncomfortable!

Great location . Hotel was very nice and I would stay there again . However The resort fee is pretty steep and doesn’t really get you anything….
-
Great hotel! Awesome king with balcony room overlooking the pool. Good space with big bathroom. Great location! We got a golf cart and we were in and out of our room the whole time. We would go out for a while exploring then back for a break. Definitely recommend!

Private underground parking lot was very convenient. Friendly/helpful staff. Clean rooms. Great location.

Loved it!

Everything was excellent, the only thing was my Brother and I requested an 1 1/2 late checkout, he's handicapped and it would have helped not having to rush but were denied.
-
Lovely room with comfortable beds. The location right on the Harborwalk was perfect.

This is the third or fourth time we have stayed at this hotel. We have always overall had a decent experience staying here. Some days were better than others. But the location is on point. The staff who checked us in were friendly and were able to get our room available to us ahead of schedule. Only issues we had during our stay was the room was not cooling off very well. We are from South Florida, and we are very versed in the heat and humidity and how they can cause issues when cooling down a room. We do not have the doors open, but yet the AC was not cooling like it should. They had an engineer come into our room who held up a thermometer at the Air coming out of the van and said it’s good no issues and then left we tipped him for his time, but we’re not really happy with the results. We dealt with the room temperature for the remainder of this day. At times it got cooler and other times it was warmer. But we spent most of our time in Key West not in the room. Only other negative thing I could think of is, I would tell people to steer clear of the restaurant. The bartender must’ve been having an off day and the food is subpar with child portions. We always eat all around Key West and never used the restaurant, but thought we would give it a try the morning we were leaving. If I can, I will attach a picture of my husband’s breakfast. You can’t be the location here. And we do love the three pools, including the serenity pool. It’s really hard to be a 10 out of 10.

Excellent place to stay, staff was great, very quiet wing, loved the pools, very clean, parking is high but expected considering where you are, and the room is beautiful, nice balcony view, very cute decor & bathroom roomy & excellent with separate soaking tub & shower. Loved everything about the hotel. Hope to stay again some day.

Sorry just dud not feel the warm fuzzies from the time I arrived. Carpet where dated and worn. Staff was not friendly and they charged my card $66.70 2 hours after I left. I called them to find out why and they said late checkout. It was 11:03-to 11:05 when I checked out and they said nothing. They said housekeeping did it. Makes no sense let's see if they reffund my money like they said they would

Nice Place

We had a great time at the property. I usually stay at branded hotels/resorts. I moved hotels from a branded resort on the east side and couldn’t have been happier. Very clean and very happy employees. Great location.

Lobby check-in experience, need elevator (slow) bc need stairs to get to lobby. Entire hotel is dated, no lights on near front desk, filthy carpet in corridorsm low lights and could barely see. Entry door lock broken, door didn't close without pushing on. Rooms had dirty carpet stains, cleaning odor was strong in room, pillows were thin, hard as a rock. Desk light didn't work, no convenient outlets, TV remote was dirty/sticky. Bath amenities were cheap, toilet didn't flush well, mirror light bulbs out, no hot water (luke warm), area wasn't very clean. No food available after 5pm, and breakfast only (they say lunch on weekends?) dining area was dated and dirty, not upscale at all. Hotel needs a total renovation and better cleaning by staff, and customer service. I asked for a late checkout but they said they were full. I walked around and the hotel looked dead from check-in at night to morning. It's just poor management so they don't have to clean all the rooms (end loaded guests all in same area). Manager at front desk tried to apologize for all the issues and took $50 resort fee off. The Pros: clean pool, nice balcony view, bathroom has 4-fixtures. Overall, I would give a (1 out of 5) rating and that's being generous. This should be a 6.0 - 7.0 rating on Hotels.com. The entire hotel went downhill since I was there 2 yrs ago and I wouldn't go back until major improvements from physical condition, housekeeping, and operations.

I went to check out the pool, the 2 pools are not huge but mainly just to go in and chill while you drink and have great conversations. We all enjoyed the stay , can honestly say it’s definitely not a bad choice at all.
