Friendly people, good location, clean territory. Especially nice guy on the courtyard, who helped me arrange the board games and ping pong with my kids Constant problems with hot water. We asked them so many times to arrange hot water supply 24 hrs, but still there were problems during morning and evening times

The property is very well maintained, the staffs are courteous. The food is good. The location of the property is also very good. The check in process can be improved.

We had our Harley-Davidson event for 2 nights and we stayed for 3 nights (a day prior). Eye opener was Hotel Chandela claims to be 5 star property and Guests are asked to parked their 4 wheelers by themselves (no such great valet service is offered to in-house guests). Secondly, me and my wife are vegetarian. On the 1st day of event, on the buffet the 1st item was Dahi Wada. The item look so tempting we took one servicing and was about to fulfil our tempting by having a first bite. As soon as we took a bite we noticed an unusual taste from Dahi wada. Since, my wife is pure vegetarian she couldn’t make it what taste it is but me being vegetarian from last 15+ years I could make out that unusual taste. The taste was of fish oil. Provided fish finger was the moving starter on Day 1 of event. Such big jugglery in kitchen of 5 star hotel is never experienced and expected. The attitude of Buffet Manager of Day 1 was like ‘Chalta hai. Aisa Hota hai. Chod de. Guest bhul jayega’ was extremely disheartening. Room cleaning service was requested and it was completed on next day after 2 reminders. Sanitary kits were not replaced. Requested for tissue roll was offered tissue paper bringing such incident at Reception desk we were offered tissue roll and expected to take it along with us to room instead room service person getting it to room. Horrible personal experience. 5 star hotels has got some standards and such experiences are never experienced by any guests I presume. My 2 cents. Neat and clean. Very pleasant ambiance of the property. Flooring was making noise with every steps that was very annoying specially during night. Bathroom exhaust was not working properly.

This is a lovely and sprawling property. We had a nice room overlooking a beautiful lotus pond. Early mornings we were visited by the gaggle of resident Geese which added to the charm of the verdant surroundings. We had a nice stay here. Since the time of our visit was in what one would call "Off season", there were few facilities that were not up to the mark. However, the staff was helpful and coopeartive and made our stay comfortable.
