Good location and nice atmosphere. Too difficult to access / go around

Nice atmosphere and excellent facilities The shower is a little dirty and the hotel facilities may not be good for the elderly as it is a hill top and difficult for the them to go around. The breakfast may not enough to serve all the guests.

Railcar rooms not fit for family with children. Location far from city and attractions, prices for services and activities are too steep

The property itself was very beautiful - enjoyed my walk every morning! The room itself was less than exceptional, but acceptable. The best part was my private jacuzzi overlooking the lake and valley ? The room style was not my taste and less comfortable.

The design and concept are the hotel’s strongest highlights—truly exceptional. The food is good with a great selection, and the afternoon tea is a lovely touch. The swans are absolutely adorable ? The poorly trained and often confused staff are the hotel’s weakest point—they significantly detract from what should have been a memorable and pleasant experience. For a property of this caliber, proper training is essential, especially for the front desk team ?

The staff was great, the train ride was greatly enjoyed by the family, Good Breadkfast choice given that we are in Khao Yai. We checked in very late and were extremely tired, as we had an early morning tour the next day. Unfortunately, we noticed stains on the bedsheet and a small blood speck on one of the pillows. Given the hour and our exhaustion, we had little choice but to lay bath towels over the bed and sleep that way. For a hotel of InterContinental’s standard, we would have expected much better attention to laundry hygiene. This was disappointing and not in line with the brand’s usual reputation.

Amazing train-carriage room The resort setup feels too much like a theme park, with a wide layout. No long views connecting the beautiful lakes and other scenic spots.

Lovely, unique property in Khao Yai. We enjoyed the peaceful grounds and lake views. The food was excellent and kids club was sparkling clean - our toddler loved feeding the bunnies. Special thanks to the ladies at the kids club, Namwan from the restaurant and Andy the wellness/fitness teacher for a great stay.

The property is incredibly well planned and beautifully maintained. The room was very unique in design and the overall aesthetic flowed throughout. The fact that on the weekend they only had a buffet dinner at the main restaurant and we were not made aware that the a la carte menu was not available until we arrived. We could have planned for something else as we didn’t want the buffet two nights in a row.

Incredible atmosphere. Safe plae to bike with kids around the Swan lake. Kid’s club staff is very nice.
