Amazing hotel right on the beach and the staff were amazing

Clean room and staffs are great.

Very friendly staff, clean and quiet. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants/shopping. Con’s: not much of a view from the room. The pool is small but there was a band playing and there is a nice bar poolside. Unfortunately the mosquitoes were so bad I couldn’t sit by the pool.

Other than dealing with Tropical storm Lala while there, Everything was great, the staff was excellent & helpful. The amenities are great as well, like 3 hot tubs, 2 pools, complimentary bikes, a drinking water refill machine, great air-conditioning, and excellent location.

Great value and location. The loss of stars is because of the tight bathroom and the unpleasant taste of the breakfast at the affiliated Kihei Cafe.

Everything was wonderful, very comfortable, pool and hot tub were usually not too crowded, very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place, they help make our vacation great

The property was very nice and clean and the onsite restaurants were amazing. The only suggestions I have would be (1) to have an iron and board in the rooms (2) offer room service (3) my room location - I was excited to have a balcony, but lost my excitement when I was placed on the 1st floor eye-level facing the parking lot.

Maui Aug 2026 Everyone was great at the facility. The free 3 mile shuttle and drivers were awesome. The family loved it. Will come back again.

Parking on property was always available. Poolside live music! Staff were extremely friendly. We visited this property when they first opened 30 yrs ago. They’ve renovated! Added a new tower. An infinity pool…. Hot tub…. Pickleball courts… free bike loaner. We will definitely come back and stay here! The price was great!

I was going to book the Four Seasons but at $2,400 a night? Nope. I got a super nice suite for much less than that. Staff were so nice, attentive and receptive to all my wants.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and clean. Rooms are a bit dated on the hoku side and carpet needs replacing. Overall this hotel is great. And truly the staff is what makes it a great place to stay.

If you do stay there, make sure you get a room in an upper floor in the building that doesn’t have the lobby in it. I hope it’s better. Good luck.

The staff are the best. I needed extra pillows and blankets and they arrived super fast. We also needed a wine bottle opener and that arrived within 10 mins. Everyone is super friendly and kind. The room I stayed in was a little rundown, but it was clean. The pools were really nice. I think overall the service at this hotel is above most. We had moved from another hotel, and the same pillow request took 90 mins. I would stay again.

The location is fantastic — walkable if you want to stay local, and central if you’d rather drive. They also run a shuttle covering a 3-mile radius. One nice touch we hadn’t seen elsewhere: QR codes for tipping. In a mostly cashless world, it made it easy to show appreciation to the hardworking staff. We only stayed one night because we were meeting our extended family at an Airbnb. I spent the whole time wishing we hadn’t left.
