Room smell cigarettes, sheets not clean, hall durty.

Noisy tenants too much activity during day when I’m asleep.

The overall stay was great but the WiFi was very weak it always disconnects had trouble connecting a fire stick or a game system so they need to update to a stronger WiFi or don’t advertise it

The office was closed for late arrival. 3 other families were trying to register for their rooms ahead of us. Room smelled like smoke, although it was a smokeless room. The laminate flooring was coming off.

The biggest concern was safety. The entry door looked like it had previously been forced open or broken into, making it difficult to feel secure staying in the room. No guest should have to question whether their room is safe. For the price I paid, I expected at least a clean, functional, and secure room. Instead, I was left dealing with multiple maintenance issues and an overall lack of cleanliness. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience and hope management takes these issues seriously before another guest has a similar experience.

As a solo female traveler, I absolutely did not feel safe at this property. In addition, I had booked a king accessible room and was told upon arrival they only had a queen accessible room available.

The breakfast was like 1 hour thats a little lame . Atleast have a continental breakfast till 10

The staff was amazing the room was so clean and the beds where very comfortable and the beautiful ladies in housekeeping where outstanding and deserves a raise if I where you I would definitely stay there again!!!!

The room has a dirty floor sticky,the chair arms were sticky the restroom was dirty there were people out on the porch all night smoking week The key card stopped working. market area was empty not advertised properly it's not a hotel is a cheap motel

I was charged twice as much because of graduation The extra charges

Hated everything about the stay

Shower was warm-ish AT BEST and required finding a sweet spot halfway between hot and cold on the faucet. Hair all over the bathroom floor. AC condensated all over the floor and onto my things.

Location Outlooks/plugs

I did not stay in the hotels because the lobby was unclean and the smell was very unpleasant. I was in discomfort to even book the room.

It was okay. Close to nearby restaurants and stores. Little creepy baby roaches. I had to purchase bug spray and spray down the room.
