There were no drinking glasses in the rooms. The breakfast was fair.

The worker was rude and made me walk all the way around the property to come in

Clean and uneventful stay.

The staff was very nice and approachable.

The staff was wonderful. However, while the room appeared to be clean, the shower smelled sour and the bathroom floor had some moisture on it (like they didn't dry it completely after mopping) and I had to wipe it up with tissues to deal with the slipperiness. The worst thing was thebed -- dressed with cheap, slimy microfiber sheets, which felt even worse because of the damp, humid room. HORRIBLE! Also, the pillows were useless (too soft). The "breakfast" was the standard fare for a lot of hotels that provide it -- not worth getting out of bed for, depending on your preferences. This was our second time at this location. Will not be going back.

The only issue was the pet smell.

Wonderful staff, room had great AC, everything was in working condition. Due to me being on IV medication that requires refrigeration I wish the fridge was a decent size like other hotels. It was a very mini fridge. Also during check in the lobby reeked of weed. Otherwise a decent hotel to stay at.

There was no cups, the shower had slow drainage, and the pillows were old mushy and old smell

Location to my stay event I ask for early check in and it did not happen, I put in for a special request through booking and when I called booking blamed it on the hotel I ask the hotel they blamed it on booking. If you offer this special request you should honor it or say no. Don't leave the customer hanging!!!

Very basic hotel. The room was not cleaned during my stay (3 nights) and the breakfast was basic- bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. It was a fine stay but not super clean even when we arrived and we needed to wear shoes while in our room because the carpets were dirty.

On a scale of 1-10, I would give my sister 41/2-5. The lobby, breakfast area were clean. The outside grounds outside the breakfast area were dirty filled with run down weeds . No attempt at beautification. The common area was right across from the check in and front door, too busy ti relax. Our room was very clean. They said the motel had undergone a complete makeover a year ago. Well they squeezed the pennies. There was no comfortable chair to sut in and relax and maybe read a book. The only chair was a cheap outdoor meral chair. The cabinets had no space to put your clothes, no drawers, just one small shelf. They certainly did not remodel the tub and shower. Mold was growing around the caulk. The vent fan in the bathroom was VERY loud and noisy. There was no switch to separate the fan and light. Housekeeping was supposed to be done every other day. We were there for 3 days and had to ask for new towels. Also there was NO rubber bathroom mat provided. There tub was verg slippery and we had to use a bath towel in the bottom to keep from slipping. This SPARK hotel by Hilton you would think would be exceptional - it was Not. We will never stay in another SPARK by Hilton again!!!

The facility needed a bit of upkeep outside. Breakfast could use more protein. Our main issue was the bathroom in our room - the door stuck to the floor as if it was misaligned so we had to force it open or shut; both sides of the shower curtain kept sliding towards the middle, leaving the sides exposed and flooding the bathroom floor; the light switch turned on/off both the light and fan and there was no way to only turn the fan off, which would have been great as it was very loud; the room, and the facility in general, felt very stuffy/humid. Special NOTE: Theresa at the Front Desk was THE BEST! We'd stay there again due to comfort from her customer service.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Thebplace was just an old renivated hotel. It had a bad smell, front desk was unprofessional.

Property is clean and parking is well lite. Breakfast is fresh continental... coffee always available.

It was a peaceful stay except the doors all slam shut! If they could update the hotel by Hilton and modernize the bathroom it would be awesome.

My stay at Spark was great. The staff were very helpful and my room was clean.

Good location, everything clean, quiet rooms . Had to have someone fix the AC ( room too cold) and ask for renewal of towels/ room service . Mirror said every two days but front desk said upon request. Should be clarified at check-in.
