Great service from staff and room was clean

Lovely place. The room was spacious and clean. Very close to post. My son is stationed at Ft Hood and I will stay here anytime I come back to Killeen for a visit. Easy check in and out.

Unfortunately, my stay was not as comfortable as I had expected. The bathtub was not adequately clean, and the shower height was uncomfortably very low, making it difficult to use.

Reviews were good however the property is not in a very good area and I had to move rooms due to bugs the room I did stay in was nicer but still had holes in the curtains from moths and did loook very old

They were so easy to communicate with. Very accommodating. They were super helpful with this trip.

The staff very friendly.. The swimming pool could use an upgrade , but everything else was great.

To start off, when we got there we didn’t get the room we were told we were getting. When we entered our room, we liked that it was spacious and clean. The advertising of the room was false and nowhere what the pics were. Our facet in the tub/shower was coming off the tub, there was 2 areas of the tub had rust spots where the coating was shipping off, there was a metal plate on the wall by the sink with sharp edges. This is a safety issue if you had children. Glad we didn’t any. The knob on the closet was missing. Having the fridge/microwave in the same area as the sink could be a safety issue with water being in the area. With all the space it could have been in a different area. As for the pool, it was a safety concern to us, a big part of the sides were broken off with sharp edges, the floor of it was shipped. The water was dirty, didn’t have any chemicals. As we have a pool and know how they should look. I can say if an inspector came they would be a lot of citations. I know we wouldn’t stay there again. We didn’t trust bringing our grandchildren to swim. I do have pics of all items

Exceptional

Weekend breakfast was great. Night crowd on the weekend in the complex was a little hyper but felt completely safe. Just younger people swimming late and running around the property. Other than that everything was relatively well. Pool area need some renovation but would definitely not mind staying there again for the price, location, and staff hospitality.

This place is amazing. The staff is great and very friendly, they go out of their way to take care of you.

Employee Renee, was amazing he helped me get the rental we need it and the stay was great. We went for my daughter’s 19th bday. Thanks guys for the hospitality

Staff was very friendly n the free fresh hot breakfast was nice! The pool was perfect temperature and the room was super clean and very spacious.

Quiet. Large rooms with plenty of usable space. Pool is a little dated but usable and enjoyable. No hairdryer or coffee maker in the room, but there was a microwave and mini fridge. We stayed for 5 days and enjoyed the atmosphere. Definitely recommend this hotel for stays, short and long.

Super cute refurbished boutique hotel. The staff were the sweetest people, and the rooms have this vintage charm. You feel like it's a flashback to the 50's with modern conveniences!

No laundry room and seriously that’s why I left that place. Fix your laundry room.
