Price & location were 5 stars. But that doesn't excuse a dirt room, holes in couch or no screen door to put fans in because no AC.
-
The property is under major construction which was not disclosed when booking. The management fee was almost as much as the room rate, clearer description at time of booking would be appreciated.

Property was great, there was no gist super person who won with that fan tolerable. There is no response from the texting of the number that you gave us and there was no communication at all. If anyone goes here, a future just be wearing that you must figure out as you go.

This property is very dated, and it shows it, through flow around the three buildings to get to the amenities, parking areas, fixtures, appliances, dilapidated exteriors, bathroom, and common spaces. These buildings are 45 years old and they wear it. The room was a fine space to spend a weekend, but a cheap, clunky, ugly portable 'closet' installed between the bedroom and living room in place of a wall interrupted the flow of the unit in a jarring manner. Extra blankets in said closet smelled dirty and unwashed. Please be aware the bedroom has no door, if that's important to you! Sufficient kitchen tools and pots and pans to cook a meal which was appreciated. Didn't receive any checkin instructions, had to reach out and wait to get the code, clunky process which required a 3rd party website. Water softener made the water taste salty and gross.

Need better communication with a host.

I was never able to access the unit
-
Older unit but very convenient for the slopes, and nice to have a bar/grill in the building.
-
I enjoy the location

Great !
-
The windows rattled during the gusty winds and the curtains were not blackout so the light from the walkway shine into the bedroom without a break
-
The room was not worth the money. Sated, hot and a broken elevator.
-
Nice place, spacious, everything you need

Great communication from Jeff.

Wasnt clean and the front of the building looked terrible with the construction going on.

The property is in a great location but under construction which was not communicated. We were in building three and the parking lot was closed as it was being used by the construction team. No signs where we should park AND with the Spartin race taking place the car park was blocked on for the runners to use. Was told there would be parking passes in our room - no passes. THEN on the Saturday morning no hot water. No instructions how to use the boiler. Tried to log in and the website was down. Called and was told should have instructions in my confirmation - which I had printed - no instructions. The baloney was blocked off due to the construction..... Someone did come to fit the water mid-morning and she said the instructions should be in our confirmation but commented the water heaters in each of the rooms are different....When I told her I could not access the web she said it is probably down for updates. So we could get to the Spartan race, that was why we were in the area, we used the showers in the pool area - not ideal but doable. I did call on Saturday morning and spoke to a customer service rep. He was very nice. I made it clear to him I want some type of refund as this is not want I expected and as a result of the parking issue we could invite friends over for breakfast on the Saturaday nor cook due to the water issue as we had to focus on how we would shower.

The bad reviews must be old. The place was beautiful (bigger than it looked in the pictures too) and the amenities were on point!
-
We had a great time-- the apartment was clean and cute and the linens fresh.

Definitely not walk to the slopes! Practically speaking you’ll need to shuttle or drive. Waste of money. Otherwise, the place needs lots of maintenance. The heat is erratic and doesn’t seem to work properly in all rooms.

The condo was very cozy for a family of four and suited us perfectly. Beds were comfortable and condo was clean.

We love the place very much. Clean and cozy, efficient communication. A home away from home, that we call the place we stayed. We would be happy to be back again.
