Staff was helpful and courteous, casino was the best we have played in in LA. Parking was outside only, but plenty of spaces available. Room was comfortable, and best of all they had a shower, not a tub that is so dangerous for us that are older. The casino had a good mixture of newer style slots, and old style three reels.

Hotel is very nice a bit of walking distance to the casino if you're a senior on a walker/cane. But everything is connected. Several good restaurants to choose from even things for the grand babies to do. Very nice hotel. Love the shower with the water coming from the middle of the ceiling. Awesome! Will stay again.

Coushatta has a large entrance lobby which serves many functions, mainly reservations and a check-in for all three hotels. The corridors are long and a lengthy walk. Very beautiful accommodation and friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay at the Hotel.

The price was pretty good and the room was clean. The mattress on the bed was really hard and I didn't sleep well. I had to keep switching sides because my shoulders were starting to hurt.

Employees were nice. Room was very good and overall the facility was well interfaced to resort. I found a free EV charger in parking at the resort. Free EV charger and friendly employees.

We had a good time. For the most part the staff was very helpful courteous. But at the front door they had a security guard I asked a simple question and he gave me a very smart ass answer that I did not appreciate. But all in all if I get a chance we will go back to the Seven Clan Hotel.

This was a last minute stay and this hotel offered the best rate however the room was a little outdated and the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. Staff was AMAZING though so we will definitely stay again.
