Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Philadelphia – King of Prussia by IHG

Nice hotel in a great area. Close to everything. Staff there are wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast everyday was very good. Will definitely stay there again when back in the area.

Accessible to all

The room was spotless and spacious, with a well-thought-out setup. There’s a separate sitting area outside the bedroom, perfect for travelers with companions who want to share the space without disturbing each other. The balcony offers access to both rooms and is incredibly spacious. The location is convenient, close to the highway and mall, providing a variety of food options. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Desk gave us wrong room, refused to give us the room that we ordered, room was very musty, cracked toilet, stained sheets, etc. Do not recommend

Good breakfast

When we got to this hotel, they said that we did not have a reservation. They said our reservation had been canceled by Expedia. So we had to find another hotel in the vicinity at 10 PM. What an awful experience.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and for the most part quiet. Balcony didn’t have a chair, and the bathroom faucet water pressure was lacking. Would stay again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and the room was perfect then. This time our room wasn’t as nice. The room was a little dingy and seemed smaller. The free breakfast was terrific tho. 4/5 stars

The room has absolutely no soundproofing. The traffic noise from cars kept me up all night. The value for money is terrible, and the breakfast was absolutely awful too.

My family and I have to travel a lot for work and dealing with the subpar rooms that are often available at our price point is the least fun aspect of it all. However, this room stood out. It was a little snug and our bathroom sink pipe had a slow drip leak (which we told the front desk about during checkout) but aside from that, it was lovely. The room was clean, did not have an odor of cleaning supplies masking wet dog smell (it's actually shocking how prevalent this smell is across motels and hotels around the country), the shower had good pressure and the water got wonderfully hot, the beds were comfortable, the AC worked great, breakfast was perfect, and the staff were all very nice. It's rare we feel a room we stayed in was a great value for the money and this was one of those few. Definitely recommend.
