Clarissa the lady that checked us in was amazing and very helpful. Love they have very late check out, which is 3pm for an extra fee, love that. The lady the next morning, was very helpful with breakfast and extra towels, didn’t get her name, but she was great as well. Definitely will recommend and stay here in the future.

Excellent for the price

Breakfast was good, and the staff was excellent! Probably would not stay here again.

Clean rooms,good breakfast,staff always friendly. Just wish they had a bigger place to sit and eat breakfast.

2 story hotel with no elevator

They have a coin operated Laundromat which was great. They also provide a pretty decent breakfast with your room stay.

The one clerk was pleasant and very accommodating. She did her best to resolve any issues. The room did not have a hairdryer in the room as stated in the description. (the clerk did find one for me) The TV was not working properly. (again the clerk came to help.) On/off switch did not work, Had to plug and unplug the HDMI. Shower water was lukewarm and there was no body wash in the dispenser.

Room was updated but the beds were extremely uncomfortable

The beds were hard as a rock. To turn the shower knob on, you automatically had to get Wet cause there was no access to the shower knob. Other then that it was good

Beds r very comfy and quite place plus u can see Disneyland firework on 2nd floor windows

Lots of traffic noise. Room needs some repairs.

BUT the pillows SUCK!!

It smelled really clean. I loved having the large bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Also the fridge and microwave were nice. After showering, when walking around barefoot, my feet ended up black! The check-in person said she's "heard that before" saying dust blows under the door. Um no this is like it was mopped with a wet mop and smeared around. Also, the TV said "no signal" check-in person could help us because she was checking other people. Trying to be patient we went to eat. When we came back, she was getting ready to help us, but she had to check more people. So we again had to wait. So she told my hubby how to fix it. Then at bed time, the TV wouldn't turn off. So we had to sleep with it on mute. Ugh. Also, there was nothing to sit on. No chair/desk or table. We always stay here when we are in town. I'm starting to rethink that.

No remote control for the tv. Excuse : renovation. This is for me no excuse for a room with missing furniture ! (This was my 19th hotel during my trip through America and this was the first hotel that I'm unsatisfied about. So, don't stay in that hotel !

Breakfast was okay limited options.

my stay was marvelous- the customer service at the front desk was wonderful , my room was spacious, clean and comfortable - I appreciated having a microwave and fridge to use as well . the coffee maker didn't work

Property very dated. If you have any restrictions make sure to call the property to see if you can get a first floor room. They do not have elevators just stairs.
