Floors were dirty when I entered the room the door had a cracked space between floor and bottom of door, and as the evening went on, insects were coming in the room, coming through the crack space between the door and floor and I was laying on the bed I felt something crawling on me and when I seen what it was I jumped up. It was baby spiders. They look like some type of brown recluse relation because as I got up and started looking around, I seen it MOTHER and hundreds of brothers and sisters on and around her at the bottom of the bed and I seen another one up under the head area of the bed reported it to the front desk they claimed they couldn’t do anything about it. I was scheduled to stay there tonight after the first night I told them I didn’t want to stay and. They would not refund me for the night that I was not going to stay they said that they couldn’t do anything about it and know they couldn’t refund me and they ended up charging me extra, trying to get it disputed now just very poor qualities the worst place I ever stayed the ratings or false on Expedia. I recommend no one stays here until they can get things fixed and clean up much better than what they are or what they claim to be. Tried to talk to the manager staff. They were very rude. And some of the furniture in the room looked like it had been stretched up pets of some kind!!!

Good Value for the price. Breakfast options were extremely limited. 2 types of cereal, honey bun & 🍎

Absolutely nothing. It was dirty and couldn’t sleep one bit due to the mouse living in the same unit. Everything. Including the broken shower, dirty floor and shower, spiders behind every nook and cranny, and the overwhelming smell of fabuloso.

I was hoping for a quint little place close to tri cities airport because we travel a lot, But what I received was a nightmare and an asthma attack This place is covered in mold, and is filthy When confronted they refused to reimburse my money because we booked third party though Expedia! My husband had a severe coughing episode due to all of the black mold in the room! I literally broke out in a rash and we were only there long enough to consume lunch in our nasty room! The front desk clerk offered to give us a different room because obviously they gave us the worst room because we booked through Expedia. When we viewed the other room, it did seem cleaner, but the smell of mold was still extreme. Just DON’T do it - and Expedia you should remove this motel from your site

Room had spiders in it. I killed 2. The “neighbors” had pit pitbulls and one did tried to come at me. He was stopped, and that can’t be helped, but they stayed right outside their door along with the tenants in lawn chairs. Just did not look anything like the picture. Lady at the front desk was nice.

I had to get an air freshener to mask the cigarette smell. The entry door was sprung at the bottom with a large gap. Also killed a big black spider in the bathroom. They would have been better off not offering breakfast. They had 2 types of cereal, honey buns and sunny d for juice. You get what you paid for but I wont go back there.

Advertisement said free shuttle service to airport but failed to mention that they only had a vehicle that only accommodates 2-3 people to the airport. They knew we had 8 people in our group but manager would only take 3 of us to airport because he said he could not leave the hotel unattended to make 2 trips to accommodate us. Needs to be specificed that they only can take a maximum of 2 people. Had to get Uber. Would not have stayed knowing this. It was in a rural area so it was very stressful when trying to get a Uber for the rest of our group.

There roaches and other bugs in the room, the floors were dirty and the toilet holder was barely hanging on the wall.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

I was so thankful they allowed locals to stay at their hotel. They were super friendly and accommodating our entire stay.

Nothing about it was clean. Hair left in tub. Floors were dirty. Walls had crayon on them, dirt. Do not recommend this hotel.
