Beautiful hotel with Starbucks and a restaurant on site. Clean rooms and accomating and friendly staff. Added bonus that there is a golf course too. Not far from Johnson City.

Very nice place but the restaurant prices were quite high and the doors to the rooms "auto-slam" causing quite a racket which hindered a restful sleep.

The staff are always wonderful and polite. There is plenty of parking, a nice spa/pool, a nice workout center, inside restaurant and bar. The breakfast here is also wonderful. It is always quiet and clean. The traffic flow is laid back and easy going.

The location was great. The staff was wonderful. Upon arriving inside my room there was stink bugs in the room. The balcony was disgusting. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken where the toilet paper was falling off then we go to the pool. There’s a water hose running into the pool and the pool was ice cold my grandchild couldn’t even swim. It’s the pool needs a field. They should’ve did it during the hours of closing second of all the hot tub was out of order being cleaned or under construction is what the sign said. That’s the whole reason we booked at this location, had we known that we were gonna be this dissatisfied and not have a hot tub or a pool to swim in we would’ve went somewhere else I should’ve probably booked an Airbnb. I have stayed at nicer places for less money. I’m very disappointed, especially for the amount it cost for one night. And the balcony was disgusting. I forgot to add that.

Nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. Beautiful views, nice staff. Easy check in and out. The breakfast was delicious. Bed was cozy.

The property was comfort, clean, and easy is navigate. Our booking included breakfast, but when I asked the front desk about the included breakfast they said my reservation did not. I showed them the booking and was not really helped in anyway. I also asked them about the continental breakfast which is advertised on the dining section of their TVs. The person at the front desk said they didn’t offer that… information does not line up with hotel advertising/amenities. Not impressed.
