It was very affordable, the rooms were larger than you would get in most hotel rooms. It has air conditioning and high speed internet. The furniture and bed were dorm utilitarian, functional, but not super comfortable. The Saint Lawrence College campus is not in a super walking friendly neighborhood.

Have Coffee and tea (+muffins?) available in the morning. Having to book in online on a non secure network.

No in room coffee nor even coffee in main lobby but, it is in part why it was a bargain room rate

No tv no way to cook any food. Benny’s machines were over overly expensive like seven dollars for a small bag of chips seven dollars for 600 Miller bottle pop I don’t know a place. I’d recommend to stay again on TV to make food.

Poor signage and directions provided, especially at night. Smelly, hard mattress, no microwave, distant parking. Liked room, quiet.

The staff were friendly My room had a smell that didnt go away for 2 whole days. I left the window open to air it out and it only dissipated on day 3. I didnt ask for a room change because my friend asked on the first night and it was full. I opened the fridge and my fingers came away sticky. I left my chips on the shelf AND THEY CAME AWAY STICKY TOO! The bathroom smelled a bit sewagey. There was a gross stain on the carpet by the bed. The whole corridor leading to the rooms need major vacuuming. The entrance to the place where all the mail boxes were smelled like dirty socks. I will not be staying here again.

No breakfast. Location was fine but difficult to find entrance to reception. Need signage at driveway to direct you to reception.

Close to the venue I had to pay for parking, they clean the room once in a week and not picked the garbage

Great value, good size room. Electric charger in the parking lot, which is great. Shower was dripping, causing noise all night. Had to ask for towels because housekeeping had forgotten to leave them. There was shampoo and conditioner, but no soap.

Dorm like atmosphere - relaxed - campus living vibe - people at the front desk are awesome :) the kitchenette (that was a selling point for me) had nothing but a sink and a fridge --- so we were not able to actually cook :( if you advertise a room with kitchenette people would assume there is at least a coffee maker, stove or microwave --- not an empty space... other thing was the parking space - you have to pay for it.

This was the perfect place for a large group of cyclists. We could bring our bikes into the rooms. We were all given rooms on the same floor which made meeting for morning breakfast in the floor’s common room very convenient. I suggest bringing your own pillow.

Good value for money. In town for a competition, suited us perfectly. Staff were super helpful. A microwave in the room would have been nice.
