Comfortable and private. Very quiet. Check in was easy and staff was really friendly. Coffee was available all day. Very meagre breakfast. We would have appreciated things that were not steeped in sugar.

We were thankful that the breakfast options were prepackaged. We liked the shampoo and conditioner. The carpet was disgusting, our room was tilted/ not level(so weird), thankfully the bathroom and fridge were decently clean. The wifi was unsecured. Our room keys had to be reset several times. The whole place was just very grungy.

Breakfast was very simple but absolutely fine, so much appreciated. Otherwise almost everything was cleanly, which is most important! It would be nice if the carpets were a little fresher... especially the stains in the ground floor hall.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Room was small for a King bed. bathroom was small, breakfast was toast or cereal.

The Helpful front desk .The young lady at the Front desk helped set up the TV which I was having problems with. She was friendly and nice. The mattress . It needs to be changed. I thought the breakfast was to include some hot items .It didn`t , only coffee.
