Don’t stay here! Infested with fleas or bed bugs. I was itching all night long. I had welts the next morning. I’m still waiting on a refund!

It was nice the bed was small couldn’t have been a king or queen.

The pool closed at 7, thats too early but the manager kept it open for us so that was nice. The breakfast was horrible. It says breakfast included and that wasnt breakfast.

I have stayed here before. Location is great! Hotel is good but needs better pillows. Wasn’t able to get WIFI working but it’s still a good place to stay. Strange odor in the elevator.

Staff was super friendly but the hotel just smelled like wet carpet or something. Not bad but not the greatest

The shower was extremely slick and I slipped and fell. The shower curtain caught my fall. I was hesitate for my 76 year old mom to shower. We had to put a hand towel in the bathtub to allow for some traction.

The rooms and hallways stunk, the beds were very uncomfortable and broken down, I wanted to use the hot tub but it was very dirty the water was green and had leaves in it.

I actually didn’t like anything about the staff. The property was nice. I was treated very poorly on the day of my check-in and I decided not to check in at all because of how rude I was treated I will not be returning. The staff

I’m gonna start by saying that the staff in the front was good. But yet again I’ve been bamboozled by Hotels.com and Expedia into thinking I was going into a 9/10 experience. I wish they would fix this. Not only did I not receive the room on the picture. But all the halls smell like smoke and horrible food. Key card for room didn’t work after trying so hard to reprogram and the room smelled like raid and AC didn’t work 100%. Again I hope Expedia and Hotels.com fix this issue and start verifying reviews.

Manager courteous Place clean and close to hospital HCA No breakfast available. Manager said they did not deliver the breakfast that morning of 2/11/2026 No water available in room; not even cups

Breakfast was a muffin and coffee. It was terrible! I will never ever stay at an Extended Stay ever in my life again. There was no one to check me in, I waited for 20 minutes for someone to be available to check me in. The hotel smelled like marijuana and the bedding all smelled like humidity. I only stayed one night and not the two nights I paid for. Furthermore, I only stayed one night because we were in the middle of a snow storm and it was risky to just get up and go find another hotel. I also didn’t like that I was charged 17% tax for no particular reason! The room was gross, the blankets and pillows smelled, there was no shampoo, no conditioner, no extra blankets in the room. I have never been so disappointed with a room. I overpaid for the room.

This is one of the most inconsiderate unprofessional places I've ever stayed my dog which and she even said to my face that people like me that only stay one or two or three nights at a time we have to get charged because of their policy of $25 per night instead of $25 per state well I contacted Extended Stay themselves the corporate office and they said no they're policy is one you pay 25 bucks for what when you when you check in you don't have to pay for every night because they even tell you when you check in that there is not room service here they don't do room service until you leave or unless you ask for it or pay for it well why am I having to pay $25 a day for for room service they are very very very not a good place to stay if you have a pet and the only good thing about it nobody's required to pick up pet poop pet poop you know they don't require anybody to pick up you can't even take a step in the grass where your dogs are supposed to go because there's poop everywhere I picked it up three days in a row while I was there it's just about not the people there are very scandalous it's very very

Other than them telling me that there's no room service for me while I stay here but I also have to pay 25 bucks a night for my dog but there's no room service so I'm not having to pay every night for my dog I don't understand other than that the place is amazing

Trash piled up at end of hall, room filthy and smelled like roach spray. Younger children unsupervised playing in the gym…. Went to have dinner and find a new hotel then checked out and they refused to give refund for 3 of 4 nights booked which was stated in policy. Now have to dispute through bank. If I could give 0 stars I would. Feels very unsafe there
