I spent one night here when I wasn’t able to extend my stay in Kitzbuhel after a week long ski trip and was very impressed. Alpen Gluck allowed electronic pre checking so my room key card was waiting for me at reception. Modern, well appointed rooms. Helpful staff. Great value and quality for the money.

breakfast was good. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and squeaky. Any little movement wakes everyone up in the room. It would have been better if we booked two rooms instead of using the same room with sofa bed. I didn't sleep well.

Quality of furniture and shower room was excellent. Heated floor in shower was a treat. Breakfast was exceptional with everything you could wish for. No issues.

The whole hotel is newly renovated. Everything is comfortable and clean. Perfect room for bikes . Breakfast was delicious. Staff was nice. The checkin was easy and quick. We could stay with our big dog. The payment for dog was 18 Euro.

I liked everything! ? Design from outside and inside, modern but traditional, so many details that make difference, beautiful colours, so cosy and warm, exceptionaly clean, funtastic breakfast and gorgeous restaurant with excellent service. One of the best hotels I have ever been in! I would recomend it by all my heart ❤️ And surely I will come back ?
