Good service for the money. Meal is good, hotel is cozy, well located, has contract with skie rental. Really like the option just left a ski staff in ski room at the end of the rental, no need to return by yourself.

A brilliant selection of food and personal service by staff. Probably a more sturdy pillow but did not ask for better one. Please note that's not a negative point on the hotel!!!

The location was perfect. Right in the center of town. Plenty of secure parking. Nice balcony to relax on. Great towels and linens. Exceptional greeting and helpfulness from the host/receptionist. Breakfast was extra nice with lots of variety and eating options.

can't understand why the serving staff at the restaurants out in the city were so aggressive to get tips, we've never experienced that before in Austria

The hotel is excellent, in the center of Kirchberg. The hotel's position is excellent for the Fleckalmbahn and Maierlbahn cable. The ski bus often passes within a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are clean, with nice furniture. Parking is easily available. Breakfast is high quality and varied. I would especially like to praise the staff who are kind and warm. We would like to thank the patient receptionist who helped us with buying a ski pass and transportation. The whole atmosphere in the hotel as soon as you enter is very cozy.

I like the very central location, the general service, the room, the balcony, the facilities, in particular, the sauna, which the hosts allowed me to use even after the checkout. This is very practical if you check out and go skiing for the rest of the day, and then relocate. Taking a shower in the meantime is a factor. I was largely satisfied. Perhaps the breakfast could have been improved with more low-carbohydrate vegetarian fiber.

The location is good, close to the bus stop to skilifts. Wellness facilities were good, small, but decent. The room was clean. The 4 stars confused me a lot this time, I would give it 2 max in reality. There was no basic toiletries. Only body wash, which we run out in the first 2 days and no one replaced it in the rest 3 days. The room needs renovation. No mini bar in the room, no fridge. We asked for a kettle to make some tea in the room, they couldn’t provide it. Breakfast is just another disappointment: absolutely no warm dish option if you are a vegetarian. And in general, not a great variety. There is also bright light on the balcony that cannot be switched off, and no decent blinds available. So if you have sensitive eyes, bring your eye mask. The price was high due to the top season, and was absolutely not worth it.
