The room was clean. Complimentary breakfast was terrific. BUT the rooms have very little if any soundproofing. Was noisy until after 2 AM.

I stayed for 3 nights. We never saw a maid. Requested maid service at the front desk but no one cleaned room or replenished towels. I've never experienced that ever in a hotel. Never seen a maid in the hallways at all. The hot tub does not work.

The first room they gave us was downstairs with no elevator access, which meant carrying heavy luggage up and down the stairs—something this retired couple would not want to repeat. On the positive side, Expedia was very helpful and quickly found us another hotel for the three nights Quality Inn could not accommodate us. We are grateful for their assistance. When we returned to Quality Inn, they were able to provide us with a ground-floor room for the final two nights of our trip, which made things much easier. In the end, our stay was a mix of disappointments and lessons learned. We will not be making the same mistake again at the “Quality” Inn.

This is a good all-around hotel. Nothing spectacular, but clean with comfy beds.
-
A fine place to spend a night when on the road.
-
The thin walls
-
A lot of sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot
-
I liked that the room was clean and that the heat/ac worked. The facility was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good as it offered a good variety of stuff. It included eggs, sausage, waffles, coffee, cereal, fresh fruit. Overall would recommend.

Staff, room smell, pillows
-
The staff is very friendly!
-
Too many rude and loud people throughout the building. The walls were paper thin so the screaming never stopped at all. I will not be staying here ever again
-
The room was clean but there was no hot water and the mattress was very worn out. It was like sleeping in a taco shell
-
Staff was great. Comfortable bed. Noise from room above. Could hear footsteps and movement.
-
The gym was also poorly maintained, with broken equipment that should have been repaired or removed. To top it off, the staff was barely civil and did not seem interested in helping resolve any of the issues. Overall, this stay felt neglected from start to finish. I would not recommend this hotel and certainly would not stay here again
-
My ideal basic end of things hotel. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores with a convenience store at the gas station across the street. I ended up extending my stay multiple times (6 days total).
-
Excellent points for location, comfortable beds, generous breakfast, amenities (gym, pool), air con.
-
The property itself is very worn, however the rooms are clean. And they make efforts to keep smalls at bay and housekeeping does a very thorough job. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming

Everything
-
The staff was outstanding and the room was immaculate.

The door locked. The first thing I asked staff was if it was safe. This was as someone was yelling out siding, seemingly having a mental health/substance use crisis. I tried to use the exercise room on of the nights and had maybe 6 inches of clearance before hitting the ceiling. The machine doesn’t go above 47rpm before it starts shaking. The upstairs wreaked of smoke despite being smoke free rooms. There was a wet spot on the carpet in my room when I checked in that remained for the next day, gross hairs in the tub. There was screaming at night around 3 am that woke me up through earplugs. I generally didn’t feel safe walking to my car in the morning as I was being stared down. This would be better if I had t been alone,I’m sure. Not the property’s fault.
