Breakfast choices in Hearth are very good

Always a very pleasant stay in the heart of lovely Kirkland. John was extremely nice and helpful at the front desk when we checked out. There's simply no other comparably nice place near Kirkland.

Shannon and the staff are fabulous

This is a beautiful property near the water and numerous restaurants within walking distance. Staff were incredible and extremely helpful. Rooms are comfortable, extremely well equipped and beautiful. We loved every aspect of our stay there

We have stayed there twice and I loved it both times. It’s in a great little town close to some really good restaurants. I would stay there again if we go back up to the Pacific Northwest.

Visiting family in Seattle, loved the vibe in Kirkland

Great location, excellent breakfast $$$$, everything was perfect except our room faced an alley where large trucks picked up trash each morning.

Nice rooms, attentive staff. Bathrooms are not double sinks, this would be a nice amenity in double queen rooms.

Well centered in the city. Easy access to restaurants and the port. Room was very comfortable and staff very friendly & helpful. It was a little noisy even with the windows closed.

Breakfast was very good. We appreciated the healthier options. Service was wonderful. Front desk staff was courteous and very helpful. The air conditioning was very loud when it turned on and off in Room 240.

Clean room

During this most recent stay—one of many—I was greeted by a new front desk clerk who made an immediate impression. She was exceptionally sweet, kind, authentic, and genuinely welcoming. Her warm demeanor made check-in effortless and set the tone for another wonderful stay. The Heathman consistently delivers a level of hospitality that is becoming increasingly rare. Whether I’m visiting for business or pleasure, I always know I’ll be treated with care and professionalism. It’s the reason this remains my go-to hotel whenever I’m in the Seattle area. Highly recommended!

We loved everything about the property, especially the comfortable room. The hotel it is located in a wonderful neighborhood and very walkable.

We were not notified on check in that we needed to request that our room be serviced after the first night of our two night stay. Disappointing. Fireplace in the lobby was wonderful!

I've rarely had a better hotel experience than my time at The Heatman. The staff was superb: friendly, welcoming and competent. The location is ideal, quiet and within easy reach of shops and services. I look forward to my next stay at this top hotel.
