Central Motel Kissimmee Near Disney World

I arrived to find out that the manager had cancelled my booking. So I had to pay cash (same price). After getting to the room, I went to the window (you couldn't get into the lobby), to get the wifi password and the staff member seem annoyed that i asked. The room was clean, but run down. The shower was hot. The area outside quiet.

When I got the no front desk attendant and never got checked in and I was at another before this same results

The hotel claimed not to have our reservation, that was prepaid, but had open rooms for which they charged twice as much as the booked rate. We paid to stay 1 night as we arrived later in the evening before finding another hotel. The room was shabby at best. Broken door trim, poorly patched drywall, cable wires strung across the walls, and no lamps in the room and no outlets near the bed for charging.

Roaches everywhere no toilet paper attendant asked if we wanted to see the room first

The room was the worst we ever stayed in. The room was lacking practically everything. No coffee pot or any coffee offered. Virtually no amenities offered except for WIFI, refrigerator, tv, microwave that did not work right, tub and shower faucet the was impossible to operate. Towels were lacking, not enough lighting, no phone or clock, noise from other guests late at night. Marijuana smoking drifting into our room, no ice bucket or cups/glasses. No coat/hat rack or hanger. Also curtains were not suitabe for privacy

He would not give me a refund after telling him theres no smoke detector it's a violation he didn't care it a oyo property oyo owner Input all the roaches in the refrigerator videos up in you tube. The owner is a a crazy man reported to oyo property management
