Mejor lugar para descansar

Free drink tickets only offered to some guests but not others? Seemed odd our friends got drunk tickets when they checked in but we did not. Not a big deal but how do you pick and choose? The light show for super hero night was disappointing… maybe play some music to go with it or mention there’s a story we need to figure out in our own? The need to “check in” to go to the pool and have to wear wristbands seemed odd but otherwise a good stay. The hotel was well maintained.

No open restaurant choices on a saturday, too expensive, checkout complicated by lack of credit card control. Must be closing business.

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly in our room, and unfortunately, we had to change rooms three times during our stay. It was very inconvenient and made our experience much less enjoyable. I hope the hotel addresses this issue to prevent it from happening to other guests.

On top of the bill, there are fees that total about $189 for two days which included $80 for two days of parking. Most of the resort if you’re going by yourself for a convention you’re not using the resources. I did use the workout room twice and did gwent to the water park for an hour. The extra fees are quite high.

We loved it all !

Rooms have been renovated in a very tasteful way. Rooms were also very clean. Staff was wonderful- although make sure you let them know you want your room cleaned- sounds like a Covid-era leftover. Amenities are tops and you'll never want to leave resort as kids play in the waterpark then dine with family at the resort. It's a yearly tradition.

Clean and spacious room. Atrium is beautiful. Staff very friendly and helpful.

When we checked in Brent at the front desk was first class in every way. He recognized my Marriott status and upgraded us and provided food recommendations and was just the nicest individual. We stayed overnight because we were stranded in Orlando overnight due to flight delays. We enjoyed it so much we already started looking at times we can return. Hire more like Brent!
