Holiday Inn Express & Suites S Lake Buena Vista by IHG

Breakfast was great. Some machines did not work in gym and more general attention to general cleaning of facility would make this place a great experience not just good.

Room was very clean but once we arrived it was a strong sour mildew smell once you enter into the room. I thought it was the shower curtain from the bathroom (which was clean as well). Called front desk to let them know my issue and they came promptly to resolve the issue. Staff changed the shower curtain & sprayed air freshener. It solved the problem for the remainder of that night but that same smell resurfaced again for the remainder of our stay. Other than that issue everything was great clean, staff were friendly and kind, breakfast was great. Would stay again but I wouldn't like to stay in room 205 again because of that smell. Its a very beautiful place to stay!!

There was a leak under to sink that no one noticed. So the towels were wet. We don’t notice until later. The hotel was very nice and smelled clean. The breakfast was plentiful and good choices. I will visit again.

I was very happy with my stay. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was very tasty. The hotel was very clean and the location was great with many restaurants to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Check was easy

The complimentary breakfast was great. The ladies greeting you at breakfast time were extremely helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was not great. My room was never vacuumed and they cleaned really late. Many recreational areas were broken and hotel has no food services.

I'm in love with this hotel , are 3 different hotels sharing the amenities, they have activities for all family , movie night, bingo with prices, games for kids and more. We have an amazing time, this is our second time and we will return very soon. I recommend this place 100%.

I am writing to formally report significant issues regarding my recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites S Lake Buena Vista. My initial room, Suite 420, was in an unacceptable condition. I have documented extensive carpet and furniture stains, as well as mold blowing from the vents onto the bed and living room furniture. Additionally, the floors were dangerously slippery and appeared uncleaned. While the staff was friendly and moved me to a different room upon request, the second room also had carpet stains and a broken toilet seat. When I confronted the hotel management, they admitted to being aware of the issues in the first room yet continued to rent it out. The general cleanliness of the property is poor, with large, unaddressed spills and stains in the hallways. I believe this location requires a formal inspection from the corporate office to bring it up to standard. I have photos and video footage of these conditions available upon request.

The breakfast was good. Staff were polite, and they had a variety of food available. I didn’t need anything else.

The location was good and the staff were great. The price was okay but could have been cheaper for what the rooms looked like. Rooms were a bit dated and some of the lights did not work properly.

Everyone was very pleasant and the property was clean. Very noisy in the room we stayed in near the entertainment pool, and for movie night.

Buttons missing on elevator Hall carpets and room were dirty Electrical in room was in bad shape plug in not working and lights flickering. Pools not working and wqs not on website One of the pools was full of unsupervised children in pool and hot tub with pool toys hanging on us we did not know them!
