Ramada by Wyndham Hotel & Water Park

The water park was closed so I found it ridiculous that we still had to pay a resort fee given all we did was stay overnight and didn't use the pool or the bar or the breakfast. I think we could have found something much more reasonable especially if only staying overnight and spending the day at Seaworld.

parking had plenty of spots. but that was it. lobby was nice and staff regular and friendly several cockroaches in the room. like ... as soon as I turned on the lights 3 or 4 started running around. in total I killed 7. this is super gross. A place with insects, which clearly dont bother to any pest control at all, sets the tone for all the rest of their facility when it comes to hygiene. Needless to say that I havent even tried their breakfast, if rooms as like this, can you really trust the kitchen??? GROSS!

Won’t ever go back again. Water park was closed the entire time. Lobby wouldn’t answer the phone.

The room was very clean , the staff was great and the food was very good

The hotel room was awesome loved the big jet tub I think if your staying at the hotel they shouldn’t make you pay for the waterpark

Loved the waterpark and slides - the kids had so much fun Breakfast - wasn't worth the it, and I love hate that they allow dogs. We went back to our room to relax after swimming for hours but the room next to us had a dog that bark the whole time it was left alone..... it was horrible

Location is good, arcade are good, gym is decent The cleanliness, the slide didn’t work, breakfast was too basic. Tiki bar wasn’t open.

The rooms were clean. The water in the bathtub ran all the time. The breakfast was not good. The slides were down which is why I booked the room. The staff was very helpful.
