Very convenient for Disney attractions. The pool area was beautiful and when we couldn't find a spot in the shade, Anthony, one of the front office managers, gave us a cabana and had ice water and lemonade sent over. I complied with with their advice to contact them ahead of time so they would know we planned on using the pull-out couch for sleeping so they could have the bedding there. We found no bedding available and had to call the office for it. Also, I felt the bathroom in the bedroom I had could have been cleaned better. I saw too many hairs on the floor and the vanity.

Truly enjoyed our stay. The hot tun didn’t work and some stuff was outdated but overall we enjoyed it. Hot tub didnt work and the bathroom was outdated.

This is the third time I have stayed at Regal Oaks. I highly recommend it. The only issue I had with the property was the washing machine leaked when I was doing my laundry and it made a very loud noise while spinning. I also noticed the shower upstairs must have a leak as evidenced by the crack in the living room ceiling and there was some water on the living room floor after I took a shower. Other than that, I love the facilities. It's convenient to all the attractions. I will continue to book with Regal Oaks for future trips. The staff were all very pleasant.

Property was very well maintained, unit was very dirty. Had to request new towels more than half had stains on them. Curtains that lead to the patio were dirty. Our patio umbrella was broke along with sliding door latch

I really enjoy myself and I am planning a whole new family vacation next year. Everything went smooth from when we checked in to checking out. The only thing is they can do a little more of a deep clean. It was an ok clean but it could have been better. I would go back though

Only the location and club house, and the landscape of the community The house was not clean and was full of insects and cockroaches, especially in the bedrooms. Housekeeping refused to clean the house at all during our stay of more than two weeks, and there were no blackout curtains or dark blinds in the bedrooms. In addition, we were given a garden view instead of the lake view we had booked, which felt like a downgrade. Most of the front desk staff were unhelpful and refused several reasonable requests. For example, they would not provide soap for the washing machine or dishwasher, refused to provide extra toilet paper, denied our request for a late check-out even after a two-week stay, and were unwilling to scan just three pages for us. Not worth the money. The rent is expensive compared to the services provided. We would choose another, cheaper place next time. and more services available I would request for partial refund 50% from Booking.com

Amazing place to stay in with your family

Convenient and well located

The location was absolutely amazing! Great gated community with easy parking, lots of space and a nice pool. Check-in was easy, not as informative as I would like but it was OK. Restaurant staff (Bellagio) was very friendly and attentive, and food was great! The water slide closes a bit too early. The house was awesome! The outdoor area - hot tub was such a great thing after a long day of walking. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, and relatively clean - lots of human hair though. What we did not like was the provided washer and dryer - not only they were very old, they were also very nasty. The dryer took HOURS to dry our small load of laundry. It had not lint filter and was just filthy.
