The hotel was great. Food was delicious, great view to the sea. The carpets in the floor and rooms had dirty ugly stains

We had Half board meals included. The choice was rather limited and some of the meals were not very tasty. The sink in the bathroom was blocked.

good location receptionist was pretty much non existent with little effort to provide good custom. receptionist spent most her time outside having a coffee and soaking up the suns rays !

Calm place to have really nice holiday with wonderfull, helpful and smily stuff. There is nothing to dislike.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was close to the Main Street and to the beach which saves you from searching for a parking spot. The hotel has its own parking lot which is more than fantastic! The pool was clean and warm. The hotel is next to some supermarkets and fast food which is great and convenient. The hotel room looked amazing at first glance, however the sheets and the covers looked dirty. The toilet was very high for a person who is 165cm tall and it made sounds as if it were going to rip out of the wall, because it was attached to it. I was personally scared to sit on it and it was very difficult to use it during the stay. We did not have hot water for 5 days. Sometimes during the day we would have it but only for 2-3minutes. For some reason only the first person to shower was able to feel some hot water even if the person showered for less than 10minutes the next one had to shower with cold water. The breakfast was a bit dull, with questionable salami and sausages and honestly not worth 15lv/day. The cleaning lady did not clean the room when we used to leave the sign on the door, but rather would just walk in whenever the sign was not on the door and we were sleeping between 14h and 16h which was disturbing. Also whenever we wanted, during the day, to buy a cocktail or coffee or to ask something, there was no one to find in the lobby or at the bar. All in all it was fine, just not worth 800+ leva for 5 days and 3 people. It does look luxurious however there are many things that make the room and the stay just feel uncomfortable.
