Hotel is nice, clean, staff is polite. Room was perfect fit for family with kids. Breakfast is something that needs improvement in my opinion, as it has only 2-3 cooked stuffs, even on Saturday was worse than Friday, no matter that there were more people.

Good location, nice bathroom and a big balcony with a pool view. The food was not bad as well as the staff in the restaurant. The room was not very big. We could barely open the wardrobe without closing the balcony door. They said there were a lot of parking spots around the hotel, but that wasn't always true.

Beautiful position in kiten right at start of village near the south beach . Lovely family atmosphere with a friendly staff team - always immaculately clean . The only place we ever stay in kiten & we come 3 times a year …. Nothing

The location. Staff friendly and helpful Booked room hoping to use the pool and spa facilities. Pool was waiting to be repaired. Spa was closed. Whole town was literally shut down. Didn't realise Kiten did not open for the summer until the end of May Struggled to find a restaurant in town although hotel staff did offer to open the restaurant for us if we wanted.

Staff were very friendly and as helpful as they could be, but it was the very end of the season and options were very limited No room service for the 3 nights but this may have been due to end of season and family function at the hotel.

A simple apart hotel that looks more like an ordinary apartment building than a hotel. The renovation is far from the first; there are stripes on the floors that have absorbed the smell from previous guests. Old rusty plumbing, OK for one night stay, but no more ?‍♀️ We chose this hotel solely because the photos and room descriptions stated a free spa with jacuzzi and sauna. When we arrived at the place, it turned out that nothing was working and even for an additional fee it was impossible. Since the weather at this time of year is already cool, we were not able to use the ice pool in the yard and were disappointed.☹️

Easy to find good parking spotlessly clean, breakfast ample . Huge bathroom good shower Room above restaurant/bar Both nights I stayed music on loud esp the second night when there was a birthday party I know because they played three versions of happy birthday loudly and music didn't stop till 1 am

This place is amazing as is its sister hotel next door - ran by Plamina and her wonderful family . Immaculately clean , good food & so friendly - the only place to stay in Kiten Nothing at all we are back in September - our 3rd stay this year that says it all .

The place is really nice, clean and tidy. We had everything we need during our stay. Personal is polite, even thou the reception was mostly empty. The pool was warm and clean. You can reach the beach in 10 min walk. We were able to park the car without issues. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit it again. Can't say something in particular.

Reception staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The breakfast in the restaurant: there was no menu and the waiter could not tell us what was on the menu. We were told that breakfast would be 6lv per person however he charged us almost 30lv (for 2 people) as none of what he offered us was on the 6lv breakfast menu!
