The heater was on for the entire hotel , even if i switch it off the rooms were very hot and when I open the windows very noisy since I was in the first floor , couldn’t get quality sleep

Location Small size rooms, blaring music from Zuma restaurant, rooms looked like hostel rooms, not luxurious at all, definitely waste of money

Nicely decorated and very good location in the centre of Kitzbuhel. Over priced for quality, rooms are too hot and it’s too complicated to control. Ended up having windows open and then it was noisy. Spa pool temperature felt cold due to the whole hotel being a sauna! Zuma take over the bar and restaurant on the evenings making it difficult to just have a quiet drink at the hotel.

Location is excellent as are the facilities - ski lockers, pool / spa, common areas. Zuma restaurant dominates the hotel. Wait staff are average, lacking training (or perhaps undermanned). Concierge / shuttle staff the exception - they were excellent. Cleaning standards leave a lot to be desired.

wonderful location Hotelroom super clean and comfortable Service is excellent and the shuttle service to the Hahnenkamp Bahn very convenient. Breakfast is very nice the lobby is " the Zuma Restaurant", so there is no other option for Hotelguests, and in the evening, almost no more lobby. we ate at Zuma, but you have to make the reservation much much earlier before your stay. Otherwise, you will not get a table.. So, all the other nights, we had to go somewhere else . Also, the sauna is very small And no view - our room was at the back of the hotel so we looked at other houses

Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Everything you could want. Staff fantastic Great range of hot options expertly cooked and buffet with pretty much everything - all exceptional quality. Our room was a bit tucked away - but other than that nothing to complain about.
