Location, evening light buffet, great breakfast, quiet.

great location. Staff and management very helpful in every way. I’m 6’ plus and my room and bed was too small for me. I asked to be switched and they were very accommodating but it was a very busy weekend. They switched as soon as they could.

We chose one of the larger room types and were overall very satisfied. The bed was comfortable. The room had a kettle and an espresso machine, which was a nice touch. Clean and comfy! We found the breakfast to be sufficient and tasty. We also enjoyed the afternoon snacks that were served. ? The staff were warm and friendly. We used the sauna and steam room; both were clean and well maintained. The hotel has both indoor and outdoor parking. It’s also located right in front of the train station and bus stop, although we didn’t use public transportation during our stay. The bathroom amenities were unfortunately quite limited. There were separate shampoo bottles labeled for men and women, but the liquid inside was the same. There was only one all-in-one liquid product for hair, body, face, and hands. Items like cotton, shower caps, or body lotion were missing. I was particularly disappointed that there was no body lotion. Thankfully, the hairdryer was good ? I also didn’t like that there was no safe in the room. Especially in a ski hotel, there should definitely be a safe to store valuables like watches or jewelry. The hotel is located a bit outside the city center and it’s not very convenient to walk there. At night the road gets quite dark and we didn’t see anyone else walking, so it didn’t feel very comfortable.

I would have liked a dresser in the room.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Convenient train to ski gondola. Great ski storage. Good breakfast. Our side of the elevator didn't work so had to drag luggage up. Shower was not ideal - easy to spill water all over.

We booked a second night separately and was moved to an old room at the same cost. I accepted it but wouldn’t if I had to do it again.

Henri Country House was absolutely sensational and blew us away (party of 4 2 adults and 2 children). We have never stayed anywhere so amazing before! It was definitely the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The location was right across the street from the train station which was perfect for us as it was our main mode of transport. The included breakfast was out of this world! So many options and wonderful choices. The hotel also put on a beautiful afternoon tea of meats and cheeses. The staff were really lovely and happy to help in any way. I would highly recommend staying here. Nothing - we loved it!

Very nice hotel overall—clean, modern, and good-looking. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the location is excellent: right next to the train station and only one stop from the ski center, which is very convenient. Unfortunately, my skis were stolen from the ski cellar. I understand that this is not formally the hotel’s responsibility; however, since the ski room is accessible only to hotel guests via key card, I expected a bit more security and follow-up. After informing the hotel about the incident, there didn’t seem to be much attention or effort to investigate or address the situation. Thankfully, Elements3 ski rental handled the situation very professionally and did not charge me for replacement skis because I had insurance, although they were surprised that the hotel did not pursue the matter further.

Every thing was good except one staff she was very rude

This was truly a home away from home in Kitzbühel! We loved the facilities which really made us feel like we could spread out as a family and have our friends join us too. The room was great and so was the spa. It is a short 10 minute walk along the charming river from town and there is a train for one stop, but if you want to be in the middle of things this is not the place for you.

Very clean. Breakfast is good. Two rooms assigned to us are not equipped with shower heads. Although we survived with taking the bath only.

The rooms smell is catastrophy. You cant sleep. Think it was because of heating from sun. Personaly, think You can afford your self better hotel in kitzbuhel.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. We were pleasantly surprised at some of the free amenities (help yourself to snacks in the afternoon) and it had the best shower of all the hotels we stayed in on our trip! We have no complaints!

Had the most amazing, peaceful, comfortable stay here. The staff was amazing and helpful, our room next to the river was so beautiful. Breakfast and snacks included every day, plus a pool and sauna. This place is the best!!!
