The SEEBICHL Design Hotel is an adults-only hotel for guests aged 15 and over, located on the shores of Lake Schwarzsee in Kitzbühel, approximately a 15-minute walk from the old town. A private shuttle bus takes guests to and from the gondola elevator. The hotel's decor features a curated collection of renowned vintage design furniture alongside contemporary art. A 36°C outdoor pool is available for guests to float in both winter and summer. The hotel also offers a poolside lounge, a Swiss pine sauna with a relaxation area, and massage services. For groups, the Meeting & Yoga Loft provides a separate space. Complimentary bicycles are available for guests during the summer months. The hotel's award-winning à la carte restaurant, SEEBICHL, serves casual alpine dining every evening from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and is particularly known for its extensive fondue selection during the winter season. In the afternoon, drinks and snacks, homemade cakes, and hand-picked music are served by the pool, in the lobby, and on the sun deck. The green bar offers guests a relaxed atmosphere, creative cocktails, and popular classics. The breakfast buffet for late risers, served from 7:30 to 11:00, features exclusively regional products and items from small Alpine producers.

Very cozy hotel, big rooms and bathrooms, very clean. Loved the balcony with the beautiful view. Really lovely staff, especially Hexi :) Great food and restaurant area, a short 5 min drive to town. Loved everything about it.

Breakfast: The fact that you can brew your own Moka Pot is an amazing option. The cold cut meat and cheese selection is more than enough for anyone. The homemade homemade items are fantastic. Room: I had a corner room (210) which meant there were two sides with windows and balcony. The room is very spacious, the bathroom is very large; the fact that toilet is separated from the shower with an actual wall is nice. The soap and shampoo is also very high quality. Location: It's a bit outside Kitzbuhel. This means you can't really walk to the city center. You need to either drive or take public transport which is a 5min walk from the hotel. Being outside Kitzbuhel means you are in the nature which I prefer; a nice morning walk in the woods, around the lake is priceless. Restaurant: It's a restaurant that locals come to eat. This tells you everything you need to know. Food is amazing. Wine selection is good. There is nothing that could have been better in this trip or with this hotel.

Very warm welcome at the reception when we arrived – showed us where to wash & leave our bikes, made sure we got the last table in their restaurant for dinner and even offered to heat up their sauna. In general all the staff was very friendly & helpful at all times. The hotel is located close enough to the lake so you can go there during the day or for an evening walk but still enough far away to feel private. The design is a perfect mix of vintage/traditional and modern with a lot of small hand-picked details. Their bar has a nice menu to choose from and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast buffet had everything from fresh bread & a big müesli selection to salmon & cheese.
