The hotel was horrendous, worse experience ever rooms were filthy; finger nail clippings on the floor, mould on the walls. Hotel staff are useless., mini bar only has two coke bottles with nothing else in an ultra inclusive resort. Kids play area closes for 12-2pm hence kids still using water slides with no water - one had to be rushed to hospital for head injury. Never will I use this hotel again Save your money and book a proper 5 star resort surely it’ll struggle to be a 1 star

The taxi reservation company inside the hotel were very RUDE they stole money from us changed the price even after we paid in advance and we got a receipt when we didn’t agree to pay more they left us they were very rude and literally stole from us it is the hotel fault they let such thieves work there with them.

2. I think that main building Hotel is refurbished and it is high quality refurbished, like new. 3. Elevators operating good and fast. 4. I have to say that the food is very good, a lot of choice. 5. Good entertainment, mini club-mini disco in the evening for kids, for adults entertainment were to. 6. Infrastructure around the Hotel is good. 7. Rooms are good and clean, cleaners clean every day and cleaning is good, but in my opinion, they maybe need a short education. 8. Internet connection is free ? 9. According to the offer from booking and all the pictures and price I picked it and the choice was good. This was our 7th year in a row that we visit Turkey and region from Antalya to Alanya. For others if you have to choose and you are not sure which Hotel to pick, Seaden Sea Planet Resort is a good choice do not think much and pick it. My grade is strong 8 out of 10 For managers: 1. I think water slides/ the staircase need good cleaning. 2. Other option is refurbishing or replacing all water slides with new and better to be according to the hotel. 3. The bed in our room need replacement, do not know for other rooms situation. The bed was curved in the middle and was not comfortable. 4. Third bed was good for our kid. 5. Pillows were too thick for me. 6. Hotel need more umbrellas in the pool area. 7. Location is not so good, but for us wasn't a problem because we travel by car. 8. Hair dryer button were problematic.
