beach was clean and the sea was wonderful , but its not the honor of the hotel. rooms were dirty, restaurant a la carte was closed, not a good choice of food, menu is the same every day, no animation, plastic cheap outdoor furniture, facilities are not developed, hotel is very old and obviously needs a renovation, almost no activities.

Booked a room with sea view, had to argue with the reception manager twice to give me the room that I paid for, and they still gave me a basic room with side sea view. When confronting them with the reservation from booking they say it's my problem that I booked using booking and they don't care and can't do anything about. This is not how to treat a customer. The entire hotel needs reparations and general maintenance, I've seen 3 star hotels that look better than this. This is not a hotel you should spend your money or time in. Bad staff and bad amenities, do not recommend

My husband died and the tour guide organised by the hotel ran away, and didn't offer any help

very nice place delicious food nice place too smock shisha the staffs doesn’t speak English or any language cleanings service was horrible, they don’t clean every day the rooms and don’t charge the refrigerator animation group was not so interesting
