Higene issue and lots of smoking even while serving... they also charged 10€ for breakfast and dinner instead of 7€

Good size room. Pool and sunbed area was ok. But very often only cold water for showering.

The hotel vicinity is beautiful and vibrant. On arrival, i was greated by fhati the chef/manager. When he asked what i wanted to eat, i thought he was asking what i wanted for breakfast. Instead, he cooked me an omelette with olives ect on the spot. A gentleman indeed. The breakfast was just as delicious. My room was comfortable and clean and my balcony was large enough to store my bike safely. There's a beautiful beach not a five minute walk from the premises There is nothing i did not enjoy during my stay.

It was disgusting. Dirty room with moisture on the walls, smelly bathroom, cold water in the bathroom. Only 2 towels for 3 people. The housekeepers wash only linens on a short program and the blankets are not washed at all. The price included breakfast and dinner, but in the restaurant you could eat a few things. To drink - tea, NES coffee and milk. The water in the pool was green and unclear. I recommend you to choose a different hotel. We never ever will go there.

The rooms were nice and cozy, and the setting was nice. Finding help was very difficult, they didn’t provide enough beds for us even though we specified the number of guests and there was a small stain on one bed

Beach was good hotel was very low standard Overall not an experience we want to repeat . Manager was not bothered staff overworked . Room adequate but no cleaning unless asked for repeatedly . Food below standard .Charge for juice fruit or water at breakfast Location on main road nor accessible without a car .No restaurants locally .No information on arrival or anytime after .Left 2 days early at our own expense

The view from the second floor balcony at the rear of the hotel. Everything! We arrived to be told our room was not available due to electric outage and no water. We, had to demand they opened the restaurant as we had missed dinner, the food was substandard to say the least. We were then taken to alternative accommodation which was disgraceful, beyond description but imagine 'Bates Motel' Arriving in the dark we had no idea where we were. The bathroom was un-hygienic positively dangerous, with a broken glass over sink shelf. The toothbrush holder and soap dish had been used as an ashtray and not cleaned, The toilet wasn't fixed to the floor to add to the catastrophe. The room was basic we were greeted with dirty ashtrays and cracked walls. I have never felt so uncomfortable and unsafe in a hotel. We were given no information and left to deal with it. We were offered no compensation for our inconvenience, The Luxury Bungalow we booked to stay was to a high standard, however it was situated within a couple of metres from the main Anlanya road. It is constantly busy, deafening and not conducive to a relaxing stay. We requested another room at the rear of the hotel. However there was no hot water, the rooms were not cleaned and despite requesting clean towels we are still to receive them. The food was substandard, inedible, it was left uncovered with flies crawling all over it. There were no food labels so we had to guess what we were eating. No fruit juice at breakfast and a charge for water. The coffee machine was broken and cheap powdered coffee offered as an alternative at mealtimes. We were given no basic information about the area or trips and had to ask how to get to the beach. There is a supermarket 10 minutes away along the main road in some parts so not very safe. Restaurants accessed by beach 15 mins walk. Not good in the dark. We were so disgusted we left for our next destination 2 days early . Wasted our time complaining to the owner he didn't listen or care. I would advise people not to stay here.

Small, cosy hotel with a nice wooden terrace and citrus garden. Delicious breakfast. Close to the beach. All the chairs at the beach are broken. They should really get new ones.

Excellent location near the beach and high way. Cozy cabins and relaxed atmosphere. Clean swimming pool Food is good and friendly staff despite they lack experience. Some facilities was not working like Jacozi in room.

it was an amazing stay in the small hotel, friendly staff and beautiful environment. double jacuzzi in the wooden bungalow, very comfortable and nice room. the breakfast and dinner were served in beautiful lemon and other citrus trees terrace with an amazing sea view.

Good family hotel, close to beach , swimming pool

The hotel is close to the water and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Lack of the food variety if you stay long enough, no fish and no meat. Only chicken was served rarely.

1. Both rooms were spacy and clean and bright. There was enough space to move around the bed. Comfortable bed and good quality bed sheets & blanket. 2. View to the see was marvelous! 3. Sandy beach about 150m close. 4. Overall green area around the hotel, wooden terrace with the sea view. 5. Quite good breakfast/dinner: lots of veggies offered for meal, smaller choice of meat, but this didn't bother me at all. 1. Very bad internet connection in rooms, better internet only near the bar area. 2. Too much chlorine in the pool. 3. Poor choice of drinks during the breakfast/dinner. Only tea or coffee was offered, not even water. Any soft drinks apart tea/coffee had to be ordered on additional cost, which is strange if you paid for half/full pension.

Ambience I arrived to checked in at 2200. They said we have electricity problem so you can go to someother hotel and were not able make room available for me though my booking was paid in advance and confirmed. I drived 90 km from antalya to find a peaceful time for one day and reception guy response was that he can't do anything. However, onwer arrived shortly after my continued displeasure over their behaviour and sudden room was also made available. Think if I had accepted their excuses earlier my trip would have been disaster

The beach is not nice and located after a forest walk. The breakfast is poor. Not to stay long
