Was our 5th stay here, just because whenever we going to Gili we must stop by Wyndham for recovery Great spot waves and nature sounds amazing to our ears Breakfast quality dropped down from our last visit but the kitchen and main menu food remains the same good as first time 3 years back best place to try Sate Ayam i have special memories in this place so i have to visit whenever i come to Bali Restaurant area need to renovate as it gets old Breakfast need to get back as it was 3 years back

It was a little far from everything and could use a little maintenance. Although I imagine it's hard to maintain everything in that environment

Staff was super friendly, very polite and accommodating. Meals were great, highly recommend ordering the chefs cook-to-order omelette. Quiet hotel out of the hustle and bustle. Grounds up keep was immaculate, with the staffs attention to detail was perfect. Location was a little far from shops, bars and restaurants. Hotel wasn't very child friendly.

At the beginning, we had small issue due to room type, but it quickly resolved by the lovely Ibu Novi which is the MOD at that time. She is very attentive and very helpful to ensure me and my family getting the best experienced with Wyndham Tamansari Jivva. Our new assigned room by Novi was amazing with private pool and view of green rice fields.

They dont have smart tv so i was not able to watch youtube netflex etc...

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I booked this villa specifically for privacy ,which is exactly what was advertised , but what I got was the complete opposite. Let me be very clear: there is absolutely nothing private about these “private” pools. My entire villa was visible from the neighboring units, and anyone passing by could look straight into my pool and bedroom. The worst part? A group of NAKED MEN were standing right in front of my villa, staring directly at us. When I complained, the manager casually said, “The river is public and don’t worry they are from the locals” and that there was nothing they could do about people looking inside my room and pool. So much for “privacy.” The villa itself felt abandoned and completely open to the jungle. From the moment I walked in, insects, lizards, and all kinds of creatures were already inside. A frog literally jumped on me while I was on the bed. That was the final straw. I left within two hours of arriving , and I had booked for three nights. This was, without exaggeration, one of the most disappointing and unacceptable stays I’ve ever experienced. Nothing here matched what was advertised. If you value privacy, comfort, or even basic cleanliness, do yourself a favor and avoid this place completely.

Location on the beach, amazing staff

Location and the design It is in a bad wear and tear condition. Some rooms are out of service and partially some buildings look abandoned. Hotel clearly needs major maintenance and renovation

I did not like that there weren't many activities available to do.

The whole place needs maintenance and more time and money on keeping it to the level that a place like this should be.

Very old facilities and rooms dirty with smell of sewage Beach with volcano sand is the only good thing there

Easy access . Near to a lot of attractions like safari and beach . Majestic lobby Bathroom. Broken shower

Very kind staff beautiful place and very good kitchen.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. On the first night, the air conditioning in our room stopped working. I immediately reported the issue, but the staff's response was disappointingly slow. The engineering team arrived later in the evening to check the air conditioner and mentioned they needed to inspect the machine outside. However, there was no follow-up or resolution, leaving the room unbearably hot until 1 a.m. Despite contacting reception again at 1am, they assured me that the issue would be addressed the next morning—but no action was taken. It was only after repeated complaints that the staff finally checked the air conditioning in the afternoon, only to inform us that it could not be fixed and we would need to move to another room. This caused significant inconvenience, especially as I was traveling with children. The lengthy delay and lack of communication completely ruined our stay. This experience has left me feeling frustrated, as it seems the hotel does not prioritize proper maintenance or guest comfort.
