Best Western Plus Strawberry Inn & Suites

Breakfast is over at 9, at least 30 mins earlier the most hotels end their breakfast. Housekeeping was loudly vacuuming outside our room well before check-out time. Not a great wake-up “call”-especially when we didn’t request one. The best part of our stay was the very helpful, polite gentleman who checked us in.

Repeat visitor. And will continue to stay. Nothing special but clean bed / hotel if passing through

Very clean

Food was not good. Went to front desk to ask question and young man was asleep at the desk. On check in they wanted a $50 deposit even tho room had been paid for. Not a fan of this policy. On check out said it could take up to a week to show as a credit on my card.

Turned down the bed and found either blood or period blood under the sheet in the mattress pad . It was discussing.

Room was good only stayed one night while traveling. Renovations going on but didnt affect our stay.

Clean room, polite staff, great parking

O the morning of the 14th Sunday morning 8:25am the breakfast area was very full of guests. There wasn't anything to eat and when asking the staff if they was putting anything else out to eat they stated No! as it states breakfast starts at 6am until 9am there was a lot of guests unhappy including myself

The kids loved the pool. Happy kids. Happy Grandma.

Room was clean, staff very attentive.

Jacuzzi was right temperature and stayed open until 11pm Indoor pool was really cold but was indoors and there wasn't outdoor pool

Outdated. Very, very outdated. And the beds are awful; so bad that I refuse to give more than 3 stars. Essentially, good for a night but, nothing more.
