Honestly I would never stayed except I drove from New Jersey and was exhausted. My room on 1st floor had gap at the bottom of door. Anything could crawled in. Chair at desk was broken. The tub was dirty, lamp bases were rusted and the pillows must had been 10 yrs old. Not a good experience at all.

We left after 1 night as there was no way we could stay there!. They refused to give us back the money for the rest of the nights!
-
OK price, but not much of a breakfast.
-
The room was very dusty. The baseboards were dirty. The laboratory faucets were dirty. The floor in the bathroom appeared to look very dirty. The refrigerator freezer part was frozen over. the room in general was not clean.
-
The worst motel we have ever had the displeasure of staying in. Dated, grubby and stained.
-
Clean room. Air,door parking

Ok for a night staying over but wouldn't want to stay any longer. Arrived early and asked if we could check in, they told us a room was available so that was ok. First room they assigned wasn't clean yet so went back to the desk, person at the desk was very helpful and got us assigned a new room no problem. There were stains on a couple of the pillows.

Easy connection to the interstate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lights by the bed didn't work in the first room - the room they moved me to had a tv with a fuzzy picture and a toilet seat not secure. Everything else was fine.

The front desk staff was really nice. The hotel was dated. I feel like the free breakfast was misleading. Normally its hot food. When asked about it I was told they didnt do that anymore. There was mini muffins, granola bars, overly sweet juice, and cereal. My bathroom door wouldn't close all the way, the TV was fuzzy. We stayed for 2 nights only because it was too late to make changes. I wouldn't stay here again.

Personal no muy atento, la habitación con gabinete quebrado.

The staff was nice. The room was dated, definitely needs a makeover. The bathroom door didnt close completely, the TV seemed to be going in and out.
-
The bedding had dry blood stains and there was hair on the bed and floors. Floors not swept or mopped.

The room was clean, however we could see outside under the door when it was closed.. so much so that moths were flying in during the night. And the shower floor felt like it was going to cave in when we were standing on it.. but the room smelled clean so that’s a plus.

Pleasant stay. Room was very clean. Would stay again.

Older property with stuffy smelling rooms and dirty looking furniture. We had air sanitizer spray, so that came in handy. We only stayed for one night so it was adequate, but I wouldn't want to stay any longer. Bedding for pull-out couch was dirty and they only had sheets available to replace bedding for one bed when we needed 2 sets since we had two rooms, each with the hide-a-bed. Again, I was glad we brought inflatable mattresses for our trip, and glad we weren't staying longer at this location. Breakfast was granola bars and peanut butter crackers, so I was glad we brought other food with us as well.

Affordable, convenient place to stay enjoy Knoxville with the family or just you and your wife or friend.

The staff was nice, but this place is an off-the-highway motel style hotel. Had no idea our door was on the outside which was noisy while we slept. The room was okay and had what we needed, but was NOT clean. We found hair on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Sheets and towels looked washed, but were stained and one had a hole in it. It’s okay for an overnight stop, but would have changed hotels if I had to stay longer. It also had “light” breakfast; nothing cooked, just stuff like granola bars and cereal, not even fruit.

Bathroom door bound in the frame and would not close. From the scrapping of the wood at the bottom this was not a recent problem. When we got up the next morning and the bedding was pulled bac we saw the bottom fitted sheet had what looked like old spaghetti sauce stains that had been washed into the sheet.. the chair’s left arm rest was missing the plastic padded piece on top, leaving the metal underneath exposed. The pull out desk was severely worn and chipped along the front edge. This room definitely did not match up with the images on the website. I guess for the money, if someone absolutely could not afford a nicer place, it would be acceptable. But on the way home we’ll be looking for a nicer motel even if I have to pay twice as much.
