The toilet wouldn't flush. Every towel was dirty or stained. The safety lock was missing all together. Stained sheets. Holes in walls.

AC panel was busted and not very functional. 3 lamps were missing light bulbs. 1 light bulb socket was broken with exposed wires hanging. Lights constantly flickered. Shampoo dispenser was broken and glued to the wall. Gap between front door and outside was very visible. Cars in lot with punctured tires. Building materials blocking sidewalk path. This might be the cheapest place around that you will find, but it's not even worth that price.

The young lady at the check in table was great. The initial rooms we were in not clean. She tokk my daughter around to make sure roo.s checked in were clean. However once we were in the room discovered the air conditioning did not work was a long sweaty night

The ice machine had fuzzy from the dryer next to eat and looked a dirty. The breakfast was cereal, muffins and a few bagels/bread. They did have juice and coffee. Right off the highway and easy to get around the city.

Smells so bad

Room was fine. Staff was fine. Breakfast was NOT GOOD. Basics were not available or shabby.

Double charged me for one night and kept giving me the runaround about it, ended up disputing it with my bank.

The hotel was in a very good location. It’s close to multiple gas stations and fast food restaurants. It’s also just 10 minutes from downtown Knoxville. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the AC worked well, despite the unit looking busted. Staff were polite. It wasn’t the cleanest. We had several spiders, the bathmat and sheets had weird stains, and when we went to get ice, there was garbage in the ice bucket from the last guest. If you’re much taller than about 5’5”, the shower may be a bit short for you. We did have some issues with the door swinging lock sticking and connecting devices to the WiFi.

Great customer service and staff ready to assist

There was poop on side of bed, hair all in the shower and dead bugs in the cups. I can’t believe any business would allow their property to be that disgusting

Absolutely a great deal! Clean!! Will definitely revisit in the future if in Knoxville!

Girl at the desk wad on her phone, didnt seem too I terested in helping...and literally would not give me clean towels/washcloths w/o turning used ones in... We were there 3 nights, no room service at all, no clean towels, had to request a roll of toilet paper. It definitely is no frills, but I have not stayed in a Days Inn in this bad of shape.

The rooms were clean, bed were comfy. The outdoors looked old and outdated. The breakfast was VERY minimal…. Granola bars, muffins and 2 types of cereal, coffee was ok, not great, But those were the only options for breakfast.

It’s was very hot and hunid outside even at 10:00 pm. When we opened the room door we expected relief from the heat. Nope, the room A/C unit was turned off. The stay would have been more pleasant if the staff would have turned on the A/C unit before we arrived to cool down the room.

Terrible. El trato de la persona del mostrador fue asqueroso. Deberían revisar mejor a quien contratan.

We ended up leaving the room for some place else. The moment that you walk into the room, it smells like a smoker lived in it for years. The pillows were stained and the comforter and mattress covers were dirty. The bathroom floor was also full of hair and the bathroom walls had stains. It is advertised as clean but that was not the case for us. Overall I would not recommend to stay here unless you make sure that the rooms are thoroughly cleaned. The location is convincentes but that is the only thing good I can say.
