Beautiful hotel and room. Bathroom was spacious. Beds were comfortable. A sofa bed and microwave in our room would have been better.

The room was spacious and clean. We ordered breakfast to the room both days and breakfast was good and arrived quickly and warm. We also ate at Maker Exchange for Dinner both days and the food was good too! The shuttle service was convenient as well. We were shuttled to market square. We walked back once we realized how close to the hotel it truly was. Overall, a great experience.

Beautiful hotel in a great location

We did not realize this was a pet friendly hotel. The elevator and the hallways had that pet Oder. Not horrible but it was there. That’s the only down side. The staff is phenomenal. The location is perfect easy walking distance to Mark Square. Right across the street from the sun sphere. One of the nice touches was the hotel offers a golf cart to drive you within a 3 mile radius really first rate.

This is an absolutely gorgeous property in an excellent location, next door to a beautiful park and within easy walking distance of everything I wanted to visit--shopping, restaurants, street art, museums, dining, the ice cream festival, the farmer's market, and the Dolly Parton festival! I loved the hotel restaurant and the cafe beside the lobby. The room itself was incredibly comfortable and sparkling clean. Just a lovely place to stay and I would definitely choose it again if I visit Knoxville in the future.

A gentleman was handing out champagne to guests as they arrived. My wife and I were not offered any. I imagine it was because we were dressed in artists athleisure wear. Felt a little profiled based on that interaction.

It was a great stay, it’s just that the hotel is under construction and the hallways are stripped and there’s a strong smell outside. Not inside the rooms, the inside was amazing.

Despite traveling with my two adult daughters, we were initially assigned a room with only one queen bed. To make matters worse, the room was on the second floor with a view of air conditioning units rather than anything remotely appealing. Upon arriving on our floor, we immediately noticed there was no carpet in the hallways. We later learned there had apparently been flooding a few days earlier. While I understand that unexpected situations happen, it would have been appreciated if guests had been notified in advance so we could have made an informed decision about whether to keep our reservation or seek alternative accommodations. The hotel did move us to the third floor, but the conditions were much the same. The hallways still lacked carpeting, and there was a lingering odor of dust and damp concrete throughout the area. The smell was strong enough to aggravate our sinuses and made the stay uncomfortable. Housekeeping was another disappointment. Our room was stocked with only one roll of toilet paper, and there were no additional rolls anywhere in the room. After discovering this late in the evening, we were forced to use tissues until housekeeping brought additional supplies the following day. This is a basic necessity that should never be overlooked. I will not be staying again.

Convenient location and stylish hotel. It is "twinned" with a Marriott at the conference center and close to highway. Young valet were quite helpful, driving us to and from our dinner restaurant and pickup when we were stuck in a pop up shower.
-
It rained in our room after the upper floor shower was left on and we were sent to a smaller room in the middle of the night. The entire time we were there there was no hot water. We were here for a work trip and this was an AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. The shuttle was especially nice. Our view was not ideal

The entire staff was incredibly courteous and helpful, and the property itself is beautiful, immaculate, and loaded with wonderful amenities. We loved using the gym, and taking their golf cart shuttle to dinner one night was an absolute highlight! The location is truly perfect, offering easy walking distance to local shops, sights, restaurants, and the university. With my daughter starting graduate school at UTK, I’ve officially found my permanent lodging for all future visits.

From the moment you pull in and your car is parked, the welcoming greeting and the professionalism walking in the door is exceptional. They actually make you feel you are important and welcome and happy to have you. Everybody treats you like a VIP. They go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable, you have everything you need, and happy to answer any questions and make excellent recommendations.
