Pierre and his staff were wonderful. An outstanding breakfast selection. We were very comfortable with lovely warm fire despite the appalling weather at the time. Pierre also gave great recommendations for meals and visits. Thanks for the stay.

This was our second stay at Pierre's. We were there in 2022 and loved our experience at Pierre's and in Knysna. This trip did not disappoint. We love the breakfasts, the Nespresso maker in the room, and the free bikes. Pierre and his wife make you feel totally at home. We even used the air fryer to heat up pies from a farmstall. The location is perfect, there is nothing I like more than biking around Leisure Island. The wildlife reserve is very close to Chez Pierre's and wonderful to walk on. Don't miss the sunsets from the reserve. We enjoyed dining at Il de Pain two times and also at Pizza y Vino (loved the food and views)! Thanks, Pierre. We will be back. Not a thing, we love everything about Chez Pierre.

The breakfast was terrific with tasty croissants and Belgian waffles. The location of the property is great with easy access when coming into the island. Nothing comes to mind

We‘ve had a wonderful 3 day stay at Pierre‘s beautiful guesthouse and would warmly recommend it to anybody who is looking for a home away from home when travelling South Africa. In addition, Leisure Isle is a pure paradise which invites you to relax and enjoy Knysna‘s setting at its best. Excellent location, clean room and nice garden, but no refrigerator in the room. The personnel served breakfast slowly, but it was improved after we pointed out.

Everything! Pierre is delightful, so enthusiastic and helpful, his house is both immaculate yet extremely comfortable, the rooms are perfect and his staff delightful. Margaret cooked an excellent breakfast with Belgian waffles to set us up for the day, most of which we spent relaxing by the lovely pool. Lots to do in Knysna on our other days, great restaurants (Blend, DryDock, Piza e Vino), Featherbed tour, Outaniqua Power Wagon was fabulous. Already planning our next visit to Chez Pierre. Nothing.
