Excellent staff, beautiful gardens, large room, comfy bed, good in room facilities, good breakfast and reasonable restaurant for dinner Room 38 smelt very musty and had a dehumidifier in the room which didn't seem to be very effective. I suspect the rooms proximity to the pond/hollow may be a contributing factor.

The breakfast needs alot more variety, especially if one stays more than two days. I mean one can only eat so much scramble eggs. For good tourist stop they need to improve on this. We have been coming to the the hollows for a few years now and the menu has not changed at all. Only the prices have gone up. They need better variety i.e. pizzas and chicken, chicken burgers more meat variety and better pasta variety. we Have also noticed that the rooms need some much needed maintenance some room are look a little worse for where and the wi-fi is shockingly bad We have also found that the local restaurant clientele need to have there own parking areas as the lodging guest have no where to park some days.

The property just satisfied every need and gave us a warm welcome feeling, with a perfect getaway to relax and recharge with all the greens and view around you. We will mostly likely return to the Estate.

Usually breakfast included has omelette. This hotel doesn't serve omelette as part of breakfast. It had to be ordered separately.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, rooms and grounds were exceptional with the best landscaping I have ever seen on accommodation grounds. Highly recommend Knysnal Hollow Country Estate. Not applicable.

Beautiful, will definitely come back again soon! The wifi was not great in my room. Perhaps add more food choices.

The breakfast was amazing and accommodating as I have many allergies, I normally do not eat the "included breakfast" but Hollow Estate had a good mix of choices. Also the dining was a good set, as big menus to overwhelming. The staff was beyond incredible, THANK YOU!

Beautiful gardens and tucked away from the busy streets

The heating system in the bathroom needs to be improved and the bathroom should be heated. It was so cold. Also, the breakfast menus should be reviewed and improved. The options were so limited and the pasteries were not enough for the guests. The cheese board was so simple and no options as well.

Everything!!! The property was spectacular. Rooms very clean. Staffs very professional always willing to help and go out of the mile to help. The garden very well maintained. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended. Everything!!! The best part was that it was birthday of one of our family members. Upon a special request, we had brought a cake and had given to their Manager. They made the night a special one with a surprise after our dinner on the property.

Nothing No one guid us to our room, the lady just point to the area out there and ask us to go there! The toilet when we use, it flushes out a yellow water!! The shower is exposed without a door or curtain, which is not suitable for family. Even at the breakfast, you have to wait too long to be served, no forks/spoons/ plates. When I asked for a cup of tea, they brought a dirty one! Staff were unfriendly at all!

The fact that there is no backup power solution. So cannot charge phones (not even at reception), No hot water and so forth when there is a power outage. Staff were not pleasant to deal with.
