Location, amazing food, friendly helpful staff. Nothing.

The wifi crashed for 1 day, and the toilet are stuck sometimes and won't flush down.

The location is excellent—close to the center, convenient to get around, yet still quiet and pleasant. The breakfast is simple but cute and enjoyable, The staff are wonderful—kind Highly recommended

Amazing location right on the beach. Bed was fairly comfortable, although it was two single beds pushed together. Loved falling asleep listening to the sound of the waves. There were ants and mosquitoes in the bathroom. Also, no mop in the bathroom which meant that feet were always wet when going to the toilet after having a shower.

Location is so good for front to know the area and the beach is wonderful and secluded enough to feel private but active enough to see some people strolling and staying near by. It’s an ideal location, great food and Belgian beer at v the Belgian Beer Bistro. The staff couldn’t be better, polite, kind, thoughtful, professional. Smaller bungalows can be a bit small for my tastes and depending on the one they give you t not have a lot of light coming into it—but it will be close to the beach with the sounds of the waves and a hammock so really something that’s easily put up with because who needs to spend that much time in a room on vacation. Well if you’re like me and IB think a lot of lucky people you don’t want to leave Koh Phangan so you rebook another week, then another. There’s other very good smaller bungalows with more light and some more elbow room —so don’t be afraid to inquire.

The room wast so clean, the shower basic not great

There is no key to lock the room inside , it was not clean, there was a gas smell all over the room. Tv wasn’t working

Sea view bungalow was absolutely amazing. Clean comfy, simple but has everything for comfy short stay. The beach was so close, clean and beautiful, huge plus. Close to main road, restaurants and 7-11 Nothing surprised me for thebetter

We enjoyed the beautiful and quiet private beach right at our doorstep.. The location was excellent, providing easy access to restaurants, stores, Zen beach, and bike rentals, which was incredibly convenient. We loved the unique atmosphere of feeling nestled in the jungle while enjoying a lovely ocean view. The pool was a nice addition for a quick dip. Whenever we needed assistance, the staff was helpful and attentive. The condition of the facilities was quite poor and definitely impacted our stay. The room itself felt very outdated, and we encountered issues with cleanliness and noticeable bugs. A notable safety concern was when the mosquito net fixture fell from the ceiling while we were trying to set it up. The most frustrating aspect, however, was the shower, which had an extremely weak water stream. We reported this issue, and though staff members were helpful and attempted to fix it, the problem persisted. We were ultimately stuck with a non-functional shower for the duration of our stay, and unfortunately, no alternative solutions were offered, such as a room change or compensation. This lack of resolution was pretty disappointing and detracted significantly from an otherwise lovely location.

Good location and nice beach The room was very small, the water pressure in the shower was weak, and all night we could hear mice in the ceiling.

My fourth time in Koh Phangan and definitely the best hotel I stayed at! Right on the beach, lovely staff and great location. Highly recommend!

We stayed for 4 nights. The location is simply amazing – a beachside cabin, not luxurious but absolutely charming. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves every night is worth everything. The place is peaceful and relaxing, the restaurant is excellent, and most importantly – the staff were exceptionally friendly. A perfect vacation.

Super close to the beach, and the center of everything. The team was super nice and helpful The mattress was too firm not so comfortable, even after a topper was added. The AC was not working properly on the first night, and they tried to fix it and it slightly improved.

Location is ok . Lovely manager Only clean every two days. Overpriced. The pictures and description of the room were not true. Second bedroom only has a curtain and no door and there is no Aircon. No reception after 5pm .

Great place, we loved it!!

Nothing, we loved our stay. The bungalows are basic but the location more than makes up for it!
