Well for me it was amazing... if you are planning to come and swim this is not the right place for you .. its a bit remote so you must have a scooter ... but its absolutely stunning and quiet. The food is good.

The staff is very very nice: 'Tom' always smiles and reads every desire from your face, and we had the best conversations with 'Naing' at the Cocktail bar :) Also the food is good, i can recommend the Red or Green curry and the Pad Kra Pao! The mosquitos were a little pain in the ass. But that's not the resort's fault, they gave us mosquito spray for free.

We had a really lovely stay at Sense Asia. The staff were sweethearts and really make the hotel special. We stayed for 12 nights and felt like we could stay forever. The staff were helpful with hiring scooters, getting taxis, tips for the island and even helping me find my delivery pizza up the road when the driver got lost! I loved the chill vibes, hammocks, pool, and how quiet the area was (only hotel on this little beach) which meant we could choose when we wanted to deal with the crowds of tourists at other beaches. We loved the beach mat and bag provided (so much that we bought two mats for home). We borrowed snorkelling gear (saw a turtle at Haad Yao!!) and loved the cute beach dogs who went for swims together in the morning. There were lots of great little thai restaurants nearby and nice beaches around but you really do need a scooter to get around or the taxis might add up $$$. Nothing - it was great :)

Pool and restaurant were shut off for renovation. there was no vibe in the hotel and the staff seemed to be put off and not in the mood to talk or help more than needed. Room was infested with mosquitos and ants. bathroom reeked of sewer, horrible smell. got a stained sheet but was taken care of upon request. without a bike you're done.

Beautiful saltwater pool and lovely private beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful with booking a scooter, and getting around the island. A little removed from the main spots so you need a scooter.

Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful. Helped us rent a bike from a company they work with. The food is great and the sunsets are amazing! The pool is clean and fun, great drinks by the pool. If you don't ride a bike, the location might be a bit far from everything.

Sense Asia looks and feels like a small, green paradise with a sea view. The staff is the heart of the resort—they manage to be professional, warm, and friendly all at once. I love the environment and private we have, to woke up and seeing the beautiful garden and beach is take our breath away. We have a lovely 6night there ❤️❤️

The property was right by the beach front. There were chairs, hammocks and the beach towels included in the price. It was quiet so you could listen to all the nature sounds. There were not many people at the pool so it felt very private. They had a delicious breakfast and coffee and the waiters were very friendly and helpful. The bar tender made really good cocktails and offered advice on the nearby attractions. There is no direct access to the water from the beach- there is a shallow water with many rocks, but you could go to a private beach directly next the to the property. There were some constructions going on in the neighborhood (March, 2025)so sometimes it got noisy. Also, the reception staff could have been nicer and I think they could have offered more information on the things to do or ask us how we are doing. The property is far away from any store or other restaurants but if you have a scooter or can walk 25 minutes it is not a problem. It is worth to bring your own snacks if you arrive late at night.
