Everything , from the smell of the lobby to the cleanliness of the rooms. The view is spectacular from above.??? The best part is , they gave us a bag tag upon our check out as a remebrance, which it made my day honestly?. Nothing

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. The restaurant has really good food and drinks. 10/10! Cozy and soo chic. Can’t wait to come back.

Very clean,good location. The curtain of the restaurant should not be white colored, because that building exposed to sunlight it’s made me feel too warm.

A perfect stay. First off, big shout out to the check-in staff. My gf and I had arrived well before check-in time after traveling for about 10 hours on planes and the staff was so accommodating and let us check in early. I'm sure this option is largely dependent on if any rooms are prepared and the season (it's currently low season) but we were super grateful for this and promptly passed out on the comfy bed. Another thing I noticed, the entire property smells great. The attention to detail is 100% - between the shop items at the front, the in-room hygiene amenities, it's just so well planned out. Also, a small detail to add - the TVs do let you sign into Netflix! Several hotels in the area have hotel software installed so you can't watch any of your streaming services on their TVs. Arco is outfitted with nice, new, Samsung smart tvs with all the bells and whistles. I think the most unexpected but great highlight was that at the end of our stay, they gifted my girlfriend and I custom debossed luggage tags. It was such a nice gesture and it's actually something usable, not just a trinket I would throw away. So I appreciated that a lot. Overall, I think this is the best stay I've had in Phuket Town, and I've stayed in MANY hotels in Phuket Town. Highly recommend this. No input to add here. Everything was perfect.

The staff were so helpful with everything! Arranging travel, giving advice, providing extra water, assistance with bags... On top of a beautiful room, excellent breakfast and pretty pool area. Some of the small steps in the room might stub your toe!

The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, the mattress was very comfortable. The room was fully equipped with all the necessary things like coffee, tea, toiletries etc. Location is perfect for those who want to be able to walk around old phuket town. The only minor thing I didn't like is that there was Christmas music playing outside the hotel until 12:00am but it was Christmas time so I am assuming this is not happening any other time of the year. Other than that, no negative comments for the hotel itself.

Location was good, near lots of food places and night markets. Hotel is architecturally stunning and the staff is amazing. Highly recommend for a relaxing, quiet comfortable stay. Very near Rassada Pier. Super convenient location to get to the Phi Phi Islands. Shower could have been a tad bit hotter, other then that it was a pretty perfect stay.

I had an amazing stay at Arco Phuket. The facilities were spotless, and the pool was so quiet it felt like having it all to myself. I had a 5am tour pickup, and the front desk team went above and beyond, watching for the driver and confirming everything before I headed out. A special thank‑you to Aom at the front desk. She was incredible throughout my stay. I dropped my bags off early, and she even messaged me when my room was ready. Any time I had a question, she responded quickly with helpful solutions, from food recommendations to things to do nearby. Truly some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.
