I guess the insolation on the roof must be either bed or non-existent. We rented two bungalows and it seemed a bit strange how they were decked out differently, like coffee machine in one but not the other )

Warm welcome, helpful staff, spacious rooms, great and quite location and pretty near the beach. We would come back. -

I liked everything

We loved the location. It's an oasis of peace in what is otherwise sheer chaos (Phuket in general). Just two corners from the main road to the airport and all we could hear in the evenings were frogs and birds. Even the planes were barely noticeable. Excellent breakfast!!! 5 minute walk to the beach, which I reckon is one of the nicest on the island, white sand and crystalline calm water, just superb. A small bedside table would be really useful, and maybe just a small knife or basic cutlery. WiFi was a bit sketchy, but it didn't bother us much. Apart from that, it might not be super fancy, but we loved the tranquility.

The Breakfast was fantastic, more than our expectations. It was fabulous. The bungalow was lovely, spacious and very comfortable. Lovely and peaceful for our first couple of days. We met some lovely neighbours, a young family and a lovely German couple with two lovely dogs, who we enjoyed chatting to. The reception staff and chef were lovely, we could not fault their service. Lack of communication and info. Not a lot of interaction from some of the staff, quite difficult to even get a 'good morning' at times. We as Brits, we love to interact and we missed that personal touch.

The best part of the place is the friendly staff. Taniya is fluent in English and manages the property very well. At the reception, Naam, and Moon, ever cheerful are very sweet and helpful in resolving any issues. At the restaurant, Nhin with her pretty smile is very helpful and went out of her way to help our little tot feel at home. And a chef who cooks possibly the best omelette you might have in Thailand. We liked the set breakfast. The rooms are nice and well furnished. Had a microwave and a fridge, both of which are pretty handy. They have 3 house bicycles to ease the walk in the hot sun to the local 7-11. (A pannier rack with a baby seat would be a bonus, but it's too much to expect) A fellow vacationer told us about a more shaded route to the beach and a 30 baht coin laundromat nearby. The surroundings are somewhat arid (early Apr) -- plots maxed out as a hotel accommodation. Could stock up on more brollies to beat the sun. Maybe an intercom facility in the rooms would be nice, but not complaining and a information note on local hospitals/ doctors / pharmacy. The toilet did smell a tad.

Spacious rooms, firm mattress, clean bedding, complementary bottled water, kettle, reliable power and water supply, terrace, clothes drying rack, big fridge/freezer, decent pool and helpful staff. I prefer ceiling fans to aircon at night. Some soap by the sink would have been be nice. Also some washing up liquid, towels and sponges in the 'kitchen' area. I like to watch local TV when I travel but only Youtube and some apps such as Netflix were available. Some more privacy on the terrace would be welcome: do the gardeners drastically prune the vegetation or have the plants only been recently planted? The bar/restaurant was of poor quality and was often unstaffed. The walk to the beach was much longer and more dangerous than I had expected: either through a broken gate and across an empty building plot or down an alley used by mopeds and motorbikes.

Good place to stay, nice bungalow with good size, big tv/streaming. Nice pool with some sunbeds and towels. Short walk to nice beach and food/bars. Quick help and answers if you needed something. Wifi could have been a little bit faster.

Isara Nai Yang was just what we expected after reading reviews. Quiet, clean and with pleasant helpful staff. Breakfast was more than adequate. Our room was very nice although we had a little difficulty operating the A/C in the bedroom - it didn't seem to want to do what we told it but we always got it right in the end - not bad enough to complain about. The pool was kept nice & clean and there were enough parasols and comfy bedchairs.

Bedroom separate from living/dining room. Walking distance to Naiyang beach. Ample parking space villa was attached - every activity of neighbours could be heard. Terrace in full sun, so almost useless

Great for pre flight stay. Location near the airport. We checked in in the evening and out by 8am so we didn't use the hotel much... None
