Breakfast was not good

Great stay, friendly staff and excellent pool for morning swim. Market kitchen smell and open drain cover in parking lot.

Very kind staff that helps in all situations. And the pool was awesome aswell! Many good restaurants in walking distance. We loved this place!

Peace and quiet. The main office staff were not helpful at all. This is falsely advertised as a 4+ star resort. This should not be that. During breakfast you choose from 3 sets of which the daughter of 1 of the staff will make your toast and awful coffee. My sheets had stains on them when I looked the first night and they were not changed until day 3. Wash soap ran out on day 3 and was not replaced as not checked.

The staff were pleasant. The room is large so plenty of space with room to put suitcase off the floor, As the name suggests IMPRESS RESORT, we were not impressed. The rooms are tired and the bathroom in particular needs upgrading, to be rid of the mouldy smell.

Everything about it. They were so nice. They don't have restaurent.

Room and bed was big, clean, cozy. A lot of parking lot. Good price. Shower quiet low, No breakfast, No beach.

Its was in a good location near shops, markets and local bars, the place has a nice pool and area around it, small and compact and large parking area if you drove. the cleaning staff was excellent however very noisy. there was limited public transport, not even a tuk tuk. so you need a motorbike or car to get around. Not all of the staff could speak English which caused issues when you wanted something especially with the reception staff. The hotel location was good however it was very noisy, as the local bbq restuarants and bars across from the hotel was very noisy as they had live music that went on until after midnight and the hotel rooms did not have sound proofing. to make matters worse the hotel had its own music that was too loud in reception area, the wifi was also very slow to the point i had to buy my own wifi with local phone provider. there was suppose to be a free breakfast buffet however that was not the case as none was provided. It was a well laid out presentable hotel however with the noise issue and poor wifi i decided to end my holiday 2 weeks early.

Clean and comfortable facilities we were staying at a front building and there was sounds coming from neighbourhood restaurant around 11 p.m. so sound isolation could be improved

High quality rooms. Two pools and nearby restaurants. Probably one of the best beds in Thailand. Wifi is a bit poor.

We thought that the standards were high. The rooms, pool and the surroundings were very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. We didn't want to stay in Phuket City so for Thalang for us was a perfect location.
