Great Location near all the restaurants and Cafes Boat Avenue, friendliness of the staff (super helpful with everything). Great value for money. Quite new Hotel in the heart of Bang Tao but you don’t really feel it. Construction nearby but it was OKAY. I got a free upgrade with less noice. Breakfast could be more vegan friendly.

The location was convenient. The staff was very attentive, professional, and friendly. The rooms were nice, beds were comfortable, and there was a decent breakfast. The hotel overall feels very clean. I kept being woken up by the sound of people walking above me, which made a loud creaking in the ceiling constantly all night. And the main door has weak sound insulation, so whenever a neighbor leaves the room, they walk down the hallway, and I can hear them like they're in the room with me. The last problem is beyond their control, given so many construction sites in the area, including one big one right next to the hotel. It was loud in the morning. So despite all the great amenities the hotel has to offer. My sleep was very poor.

The room, It was really clean, the food was good. I didn't hear much noise, and they were doing construction outside my room. I loved this place and will always book here when I come visit. I didn't have a great view due to construction, but it was still peaceful. It sounds strange, but it is true

The location was great, 7-11 close by, the best foot massage and lots of restaurants and a Friday night market with food and souvenirs. It’s very modern new and clean, the staff is so kind and sweet, breakfast was decent with a good variety. Loved the rooftop pool, onsite laundry and little play area for kids Construction near by made it hard to sleep in when you are facing that side. Facing the street is fine. Honestly nothing really negative!

Very disappointing stay. The hotel is extremely noisy and dusty due to a large construction site nearby. The rooms are very small, poorly designed, and uncomfortable. The bathroom is badly planned — there is no space for a sink, so it is placed in the room. The view is directly onto a neighboring building about 10 meters away. The lagoon view shown in the photos applies to only a few rooms and is misleading. The bathtub on the balcony is useless due to zero privacy; a table and chairs would have made more sense. Additionally, a 1000 THB deposit is required for a second room key, which is simply absurd.

Bathtub on patio is great but can’t be used as view not shielded from busy street. Shower head tended to spray out unless directed towards wall.
