the lunch food was ok. the breakfast food was ok as well. they provided free water. they had bicycle rental that was free. the AC worked well. the internet/ wifi was on and off. not that good wifi. they didn't have a car service to the airport but Grabs did pick up from the property. there's no laundry service you have to do your laundry yourself (and pay for it). the beach is not nice. there is trash and wire and glass on the very small beach. the room was nice the bed sheets were clean and bed comfortable. the location of the property is too far from Phuket's attractions and the airport. If its your 1st time in Phuket this place is too far from all the action.

Ground floor room we had was 20ft from the restaurant or pool and a few steps to the sea and beach Steep gradient to the room, which meant waiting for the electric buggy to transport us up and down or take the 60 steps. Scarey when buggy ran out of charge half way up

Great location and great view, but it is in a middle of a construction site. Laud noise all day. Air conditioning in the room is old and makes a terrible sound, difficult to sleep while working.

Such a great location, which will be spoilt in 5 years time with all the building works nearby. The beach outside the hotel was kept clean but it was very dirty further a long.

The room was really clean and is really spacious, was totally worth it, the staff was super friendly and the pool was nice and the breakfast was really yummy The gym room was not very well equipped, the area surrounding smelled a lot of cigarettes and it's very dark

Hotel is small and cozy. Rooms are big. Pool is clean. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are equipped with good kitchen. Good shower amenities. The area around is under active construction. It brings no noise, but it’s 12 min walk to Ao Yon and on your way beach will be clean only in the places when hotels have already been opened.

View. Room Staff. Very unprofessional... And not pleasant. We have booked room Delux both balcony and they wanted to push us into some room underground with bedroom without windows - sort of cellar??! Even when I asked for invoice upon leaving I was told that they don't issue invoices. I got it finally, but staff ... For replacement Small restaurant opened only till 3pm. But there super restaurant some 2km north on the right sight up the hill, Beach Bar, with so tasty good affordable prices and great view and breeze.

The apartments are very spacious and comfortable! Breakfast is simple, but all you need with a nice view over the beach. There is a nice cafe up the hill, a cheap restaurant 10mns walk on the beach that serves delicious food - so we were very happy! We enjoyed our stay! Would come back! The location isn't perfect, because there is not much around. But if you're willing to move around, and be in a nice, relaxing beach, then this is perfect!
