They held on to our luggage using the luggage room. They have a cute cat They have a few kitchen facilities that is enough to manage with. They give you only one key for a double room. So your friend and you have to manage to sharing the key. The AC and remote etc needs an upgrade...

The Personal was great and lovely. Everything was as we expected at the double room with private bathroom

Bed was hard as a rock. The shower was a hazard, as soon as you turned it on the water was severely hot and then the temperature regulated.

We didn’t actually stay here as when we checked in, the rooms were filthy so we asked for a refund and left

Location Room had awful smell coming from bathroom. Also the bathroom was not very good.

I liked that the staff has always been helpful. I am thankful to Swalaah (I hope I spelled it right) in the night shift for making it easy for me. They even guided me to make it a wonderful experience. I think everything was good. But if there is something that they add is an option for food.

The location is perfect for old town but expensive to get around the rest of Phuket The bed was rock solid and the staff where hard to communicate with at the reception. we wanted to ask about the local attractions, what time to receptin closed and basic tourist questions which, where hard to translate due to language barriers with multiple staff.

good location, comfy beds the worst shower i've ever seen: just a trickle of water coming out (at least on the 4th floor) which makes showering really frustrating you ask the cleaning ladies to renew the shower gel everyday because it's empty but they never do...

We stayed two nights in different rooms: private twin with shared bathroom and full private with bathroom. The first room was nice and clean, but the second one (which is more expensive) had dust and some insects. In general hostel is okay, but the price is too high in my opinion. Location is good though, you will have everything near. Could’ve been cleaner. No place for working.
